Location is perfect just in the center of warsaw and it is open 7/24(Even at some national holidays…read moreit is open 8 -10 hours). Also less crowded and cleaner than the jatomies in the zlote terasy or blue city. Total area for exercising may seem small but it's enough when compared to number of the people inside. You can also join lots of different trainings like cycling, pilates, abs, strecthing..etc within groups, you should check the schedule at website.

He knew his stuff and his workouts were very well thought out. He spoke great English and he taught us really good technique! We really enjoyed the workouts -they were hard!
