I hired Derek to design a website from scratch. I never had the opportunity to meet him in person as we live in opposite parts of the country. This made me a little uneasy but he assured me that it is how he conducts most of his business. We conducted most communication through e-mail and some on the phone. To be frank, I am a pretty particular person and had some very specific ideas about what I wanted things to look like and other areas where I was open to and needed Derek's suggestions and creativity. Derek was great about both. He was so patient and accommodating trying to get things just the way I wanted them and the areas that I needed his input, he was right there with ideas and options. He didn't nickel and dime me for anything, staying 100% on budget. He also finished the job in the timeline promised. Based on most websites I see out there, I feel that Derek has the knowledge to utilize some pretty advanced skills and technology, which he incorporated into my site.
