As a photographer myself, I especially appreciated his attention to detail and ability to recognize and capture the really important moments, like quiet seconds spent with our oldest son before the ceremony. As someone who regularly shoots weddings I usually find myself critiquing other photographers and envisioning how I'd have shot something differently, but instead I found myself learning and wanting to incorporate many of his ideas and approaches into my future events. Thank you so much High Road!!

Where the heck was my photographer during my wedding?…read more I figured the guy must have either been a ninja or a huge slacker because I literally didn't notice him during the entire event (except for the formal pictures of course). Turns out Brad is a ninja of the highest caliber. He caught wonderful, personal moments of our wedding and we hardly noticed his presence. His style is laid-back, yet very professional. We were blown away by the photos he took of our wedding day, and we've received great feedback from all who've seen the photos so far. Their customer service, communication, and complaint resolution abilities are horrible. They told us we only paid 700.00 when i had a receipt from their intuit billing site stating we paid 1200.00. Over the 8 months we only heard from them when we called several times and were told different stories by each employee. I honestly liked the design they showed us but could not recommend using them because of their customer service. We still have not heard back from them regarding a refund and will be going to litigation soon.
