The job was a complete interior paint of a 17 year old condominium that was previously occupied by an elderly lady who had a rather strange color sense, and painted the place over the years badly. Chad was very helpful in choosing colors and giving me a quote after a thorough inspection. The price was reasonable for the work involved and we set a start date. Work began ahead of schedule, and was completed in a very short time. Best of all, the work was absolutely flawless. Artisan took care of all wall and ceiling fixture removal and replacement, and the finish was absolutely superb. Over the course of the months he's been working on this job he doesn't show up for WEEKS at a time, he doesn't respond to texts or phone calls, and in fact I'm about to get lawyers involved. Cannot and would not recommend him. He tells you whatever he thinks you want to hear then just does what he wants. Right now he's supposed to be finishing some trim painting in a couple rooms downstairs and installing a doorknob on a set of French doors. This time it's been two weeks since he's been here and he simply hasn't responded to texts or calls. Simply put, don't use him. You'll regret it.

On Saturday he texted and claimed he had car trouble and would be out Monday. And after that my mom hasn't heard from him at all. She called him 3-4 more times and texted him, with no response at all. He has, in essence, ghosted her after he got some money from her. The fact that this human chose to take advantage of my senior citizen mom is despicable and I recommend you NEVER call him. He will steal your money.
