I called the phone number 502 777 2949 and spoke to Marie. We made an appointment for April 2nd, however I had a conflict and I called her back immediately to reschedule for April 9th. I was told by Marie that she would call the day prior to confirm. However, that day came and went and I never heard back. I called on that prior day and the phone went straight to phone mail where I left a message. I also sent messages via text to the phone number that I had. Since it was getting late in day, I didn't know if anyone was coming or not. A few minutes ago I found a different phone number and called, apparently speaking to the owner. She saw where I had an appointment on April 2nd. But didn't see where it was rescheduled to the 9th. She said that Marie was sick today (which today is the 9th, the rescheduled date). Then she said that "she can't control her employees" and that comment completely blew me away. She did offer to come out tomorrow or another day. She also said that she was on vacation on spring break last week, and guessed that my request for cleaning services "fell through the cracks " and she couldn't help when mistakes are made (by accident). I do understand that mistakes can be made but I did everything possible to try to communicate with this company to no avail, then I listened to a myriad of excuses.
