Located on the main business road of Vigo, Spain (Rua do Principe), Zara Home is the home goods branch of the Spanish clothing brand, very popular in the United States. Both are owned by the Inditex Group, based in Spain, and the largest fast fashion group in the world. They make really good clothes at affordable prices, sold direct in their stores, so we figured there would be a similar relationship to their home good products (first time visiting). The store is multiple stories, with well organized shelves and displays.
In this case, the vast majority of customers were locals, shopping for their own day to day needs. But the workers expect foreigners as well: we were able to communicate just enough to purchase a small drinking glass (as a usable souvenir for our visit) for 7,99 (1,39 in tax). read more
