Went back the next day and they told me there's nothing they can do because it's a malfunction with the product which wasn't there brand. Manager refused exchange, refund, and in store credit and took no accountability and said there's nothing they can do. Not sure how this is not illegal where a business can sell faulty products and have no accountability.
