That is the closest comparison I can give, because it is so good that I have really had bread this good in my life. It certainly makes the stuff from most supermarket bakeries look very second rate. I asked someone there, how they make it so good and he said it was process. Fundamentally to me it is made with love and they really care, so the process has been perfected. The crust is beautiful and thick, the centre has a beautiful taste and texture with flavours locked in that I have not normally found in bread. The delivery person is very helpful and very nice, they deliver it themselves personally and it is not subcontracted. If you have any interest or love of bread, this is the place for you. If you were never really that interested in bread, the amazing level of this bread may change this for you.
