They usually arrive in a team of 2 or 3 and they comb through the beds quietly and methodically. Once they were onsite, their two employees working on my new sidewalk were friendly and courteous explaining what would be happening as they went along. They worked hard and diligently and I was very impressed with the clean up they did on the public sidewalk and street once they were done. They left no trace and I think cleaned up the sidewalk better than it was when they got there! PHL treated me like a valued customer even though my sidewalk was a small job.
