You can try out all the products over there. (You can do this in every Body Shop) Services at the Body Shop are always friendly and helpful. Almost all the workers speak English too. They assist you very well and will help you find the perfect gift for any occasions! The Body Shop always have special offers and limited edition products, like for Christmas. All their skin care products smell and work fabulously and their nut butters are great for the cold winter. I recommended products to my family and they all loved them. My personal favorite is the chocomania body butter.

Despite the store being pretty busy I was able to be matched with an associate right away. The staff were not very friendly and were all business. No smiles or chit chat during the entire process. During the check out they showed me the brand new bag they got from the back before boxing. The tax free paperwork took no time for them to fill out as they are so used to doing it. Overall I am very happy with my purchase. I just wish it had been a little less transactional and more laid back and in tune with the relaxed spirit of Vienna!
