I like their selection being good quality brands but not the $10k plus spendy Rolex type offerings. Much more affordable stuff for the average spender. The service here as it is with others was very attentive and they spoke very good English. And I treated myself to a new Tissot watch that needed to go home with me. My hotel (Hotel St. Gottard) also said this was the place to go for Rolex. I went in and was taken care of by one of the female staff members. She was very helpful and made the process painless considering the price tag. I left the shop with my watch and I really enjoyed the experience. One of the worst possible shop you can go to. I went there twice for a bracelet replacement. The…read morefirst time the owner of the shop told me he could not do anything for me as I had not bought the watch in his shop while he was selling the exact same watch and was even unwilling to send the watch back to repair while I was ready to pay and told me to do it myself. The second time I went for another bracelet replacement and he refused to mount it and said I had to go where I had bought the watch and that he could not do it. Absolutely ridiculous! The first shop specialized in key duplicates at Migros managed to help me in less than 20 minutes! Poor customer service, very unfriendly: to avoid at all costs !! I would put 0 star if I could.
