Would have like just a slightly more expansive (not expensive) maki menu. The seaweed salad was the only disappointment. Too much juice and rather standard for such a high - end kitchen. Should be more than just hijiki in a sea of seaweed juice. Would be great in combination with some wakame and less juicy.
