I purchased a raw burma lace frontal and when I got it, it looked nothing like what they advertised on line. It was brown, extremely thin and was very dry looking and to the touch. It was really ugly. I paid $300 for the frontal $20 for the shipping in which you were forced to do. I spoke to Anastasia prior to making the purchase and she greatly assured me that the frontal was full and did look like the picture......Anastasia blatantly lied to me. I sent them the frontal back and now they refuse to give me my money back after I dropped my dispute with my bank! This hair is EVERYTHING! Worth every dime! I've had the extensions (Cambodian Natural Wave) installed for 5 weeks. I've experienced very little shedding (all hair sheds).. like a strand or two a day, and absolutely NO tangling. I've washed my extensions 3x and the natural waves always return. It's beautiful in its natural state or styled. Let me start by dating that I've purchased yummy hair in the past and it exceeded my expectations. I was SHOCKED when I received a Raw Loa wavy bundle that looks like this! Matted, split ends, tangled, TERRIBLE. I requested a replacement, they told me to put some gloss on it and then they said wash it (which is alarming considering now they want me to send it back.). It arguably looked equally bad after the wash. Then they recommended sending it back at my own expense for a store credit. How is this fair? I didn't ask to be sent these matted bundles and I certainly don't want to have to pay MORE shipping costs to purchase a new bundle (which would be at a higher cost). So here I am still waiting on a solution (2 weeks later). I wish I could give them zero stars at this point. read more

I reached out to them about there not 100% human thin matted hair and all they did was sent out automated emails instead of resolving the issue. The actual feel, quality of the Cambodian wavy itself was OK. However, the hair is EXTREMELY THIN...EXTREMELY. Not sure if splitting the weft is the best way to cut corners in the extension business. Also, I ordered two 20 inch and bundles, which measured 16-17 inches at best. Too shiny, too much excess hair on the opposite side of the weft, and its already shedding because the ends have been cut, but not reinforced Needles to say, this will not be going in my head. read more

Buyers please beware of this fraudulent company. Please see my attached photos. I ordered and paid $190.00 for each 18-inch "Virgin Loose Curl" bundle on June 5th. As you can see with the placement of the ruler, they gave me 12-inch hair. I called the store within 30 minutes of receiving the shipment on June 18th. I first spoke to a rep. named Taberin (spelling unknown) who laughed when I told her she was being dismissive and trying to get me off the phone. She proceeded to say that the manager, Shaunie, was in a meeting but would call me to address my concerns, and in the meantime to email photos so they could see the shipment. After reviewing my email Shaunie called me and told me I received the right hair. She said they base the inch length on how long the hair is when you pull and stretch the curl out. Why doesn't the website state this? Why doesn't the length chart they provide also include a statement informing the customer that the actual CURL length will not equate to the length you believe you are purchasing? Additionally, Shaunie emailed me a photo of all three types of curl patterns they sale. Buyers please look at this photo. This is what you can actually expect to receive, DO NOT rely on the professional photos on the website. Shaunie included the following information with the photo: "Hello Tatiana, Thank you for your purchase Here is an image of all three of our YUMMY collection curly hair. Pictured in the middle, is the Loose Curly 18" bundle just like the ones that you purchased. As previously stated, in order for your curls to look similar to the hair that is pictured, it must be cowashed first. However, if you are not interested in this product you may send it back in by June 7th for a store credit Thank you" As you can see they can't even get their dates right, telling me I can return the hair on a date that has already passed. Additionally, the hair I received vs. the hair in the emailed photo is not "just like the ones [I] purchased" because I received 12 inches not 18 inches. The hair I received DID NOT have the Yummy Extensions product card listing the hair pattern and length. The photo Shaunie provided includes a card for each of the three hair patterns. This further makes me believe that they knew they were sending me 12 inch hair, not 18 inches, and intentionally removed the card(s) from my shipment. Even when they are wrong they will not provide a refund. I do not want a store credit as I have lost all good faith and trust in the company. I was ripped off, I paid $190.00 a bundle for a 12-inch curl! $950.00 for 5 bundles! Buyers if you plan to buy the 18 inch curl then please look at my photo with the ruler, as this is the length you will receive based on Shaunie's explanation. This company is a disgrace and I am highly disappointed and dissatisfied. Unfortunately, I paid a substantial amount to learn the lesson to conduct a full investigation on a hair company. Do not be like me and rely on Angela Simmons and Vanessa Simmons photos and endorsement of the company. Do not rely on the other professional photos on the website.
