We found this business in a search. My husband tried calling & contact on the web site. We did get a reply via email. We decided to drive by (from Phoenix) to see their stock. I do business via web ordering. I had an order problem and emailed. The lady called me back and we sorted the problem and she walked me through. Turns out I couldn't figure out the very part I ordered. I have built two canopies over the past 2 years. I live on the South Texas coast with winds that can reach 40mph gusts all day and night.
