This is regarding insurance agent Liz Lester with Farm Bureau 7175 e 31st pl ste B Yuma Arizona.
Worst experience I have ever had with insurance that includes home car-boat ATVs rentals and commercial.
Special circumstances required that I needed insurance on a vacant property, when I asked for insurance Liz assured me that this would be the perfect insurance for me. 60 days goes by the insurance at that point is no longer valid does she call me and tell me? nope! Another 6 months goes by and she asked for more money I pay 6 months in advance more time goes by I am finally able to sell the property during the whole time that had been vacant it it been checked on frequently and I'm talking more than once a month everything was fine as of February 2017 at the end of March I have my realtor go over to get it ready to sell it has been vandalized I call my agent I am now denied the claim because they don't insure vacant property when I call my agent back to inform that they denied me she said that she was really sorry to hear that but wasn't much she could do.
Somehow I have to come up with $35,000 for damages.
It makes me sick to my stomach knowing that I have been with that company for over a decade. When I moved to San Diego of course I didn't need any insurance, but when I received and needed insurance for a property that was in Yuma who do I call, the agency that I've been dealing with for over a decade. Except now it's run by a woman named Liz Laster.
Poor customer service does not even begin to explain what I am dealing with right now.
update... I am in litigation with the Department of Insurance over this matter I have two attorney's working on it and this woman sends me a notice telling me she has cancelled my policy effective immediately. This woman and her agency is a nightmare.
I will update this review as it progresses read more
