I had been searching for a reputable, affordable solution for my worn out, drafty windows and I…read morefound Andrei. He was super professional, worked around my schedule to see the state of my current windows and presented all options - from cheap to top of the line. He wasn't "salesy", didn't push me to buy the expensive ones, just gave me options and once I decided (I chose the middle of the road option) he THOROUGHLY explained how the window was made, how they were energy efficient vs the cheap ones, etc. Then he did a full walk through of all the windows I wanted to replace - 7 in total - just to make sure what I had picked made sense. I also needed a new storm door and went through the same steps as with the windows. As I live in an association, I had to get their permission first before the work could be done and Andrei was there every step of the way answering their questions. Installation day came around and his team was SUPER efficient! Very punctual and worked throughout the day (7:30 am - 5 pm) to do the whole job. Before they left Andrei personally checked EACH window then made sure I knew how to operate the windows and storm door. I had been DREADING this part of my condo renovation project but Andrei sure made it a lot smoother! If you need windows, siding, doors...this is the contractor for you!

We initially called another company, who gave us a quote and promised the work would be completed within two weeks. Unfortunately, two weeks came and went, and they never showed up. When I called again, they eventually came out but did not have all the equipment needed to complete the job. At that point, I reached out to Ryan and Elegant Exteriors, which should have been my first call all along. Ryan was professional, responsive, and gave me a very reasonable quote. They came out and fixed the missing siding within two weeks, and the results were excellent. The siding looks brand new and flush with the rest of the house. The quality of the work was so good that you cannot even tell which section had been blown off. I highly recommend Elegant Exteriors for all of your exterior home improvement needs.

The roof leaks more now, new slate shingle that was broken the duct taped the pieces together and installed it. Some slate was not even nailed just shoved in place. He was contacted several times to fix this disaster. He stated that we are on the list. I have not seen them for well over a month so his list must be substantial meaning he does horrible work.
