Pina colada smoothie was way too textured for me. Probably wouldn't get it again because of the graininess of the coconut. Latin bowl flavors paired together very well. Just wish the steak had a sear on it. I'll probably be back since it's in the same plaza as my gym to give it another try and use my coupon!

Once we asked, they quickly made some fresh ones, so it was taken care of. For dessert, we had the pistachio cheesecake which surprised me because I don't even like pistachio, but I loved that cheesecake! One important tip: don't leave your tip on the card. We found out that those tips go to the owner and not to the staff who are actually cooking and serving. If you want to support the hardworking team, tip in cash. This happened to be an economic event, sponsored by a local group so the small shop was quite busy. In this I mean, standing room and a wait time. Was the food worth it? ABSOLUTELY. This spot has a variety of flavorful options, from salads, wraps, steamed bowls and even smoothies. You can choose your proteins (chicken, salmon, shrimp, tuna and even cheese). Meals are made to order. But, there is a refrigerator of grab and go tuna salads and drinks I ordered a salad of Spinach and Mozzarella cheese with all the toppings, but no meat. The toppings range from walnuts, cranberries, olives, pickles, tomatoes, eggs, onions, peppers, croutons and pickles. Whew! With all of that, who needed meat! In all honesty it was so fresh and filling, as much as I tried, I couldn't eat it all. I also purchased a small smoothie, from the 10+ varieties offered. My chosen drink was a mixture of strawberry and banana. My bill came to $13 (give or take). This price was absolutely reasonable and fair. To be honest, I would have been willing to pay even a few dollars more, as it was certainly worth it. While they do have dine - in, I chose to carry out. There's also a car wash and other stores in the strip mall, so it's a busy location with lots of activity. It's easy to miss and you can't really see the storefront from the street.
