We said the vibe was "Sunday morning, making pancakes, and singing into your spatula", and they delivered. The entire reception we kept getting people complementing the music so much. They LOVED the playlists. And while I was a little particular in setting up several playlists, Brandon used them as inspiration which was perfect! Two special things I want to acknowledge: 1) having plenty of sound for the ceremony. Beforehand, I was most looking forward to hearing the song the bridesmaids would walk down the aisle to (Closer to Fine), and I knew that would be "it". I could just imagine myself dancing while waiting my turn, and low and behold - someone caught a video of me doing exactly that! The Cantor was miced, everyone heard everything clear as a bell, and even the custom recording I had made sounded beautiful outdoors. 2) Say "yes" even if you think the party has died down. Brandon and Kellie surprised us with a bubble dance, and while everything had calmed down, I almost said we didn't need to do it. I'm SO glad we said yes instead, some of the best photos and moments are from that last dance. It also gave everyone one last moment to see us and say goodbye before we left. Brandon and Kellie obviously know what they're doing. They are LGBTQ+ friendly, front-line worker friendly, and just SO friendly! Book them - ASAP!

The whole team was professional. Kellie's assistant almost had to save the day when our seating chart printed 4"x6".... she was like, "girl I got you, i have a windows frame in my car." Completely kept my wife from having a meltdown while getting ready. I wish I could say more about this team. They're well worth every penny, I'll just say that. Steve was prompt, professional and was understanding of the wedding timeline. I kept hearing amazing things about the music that was being played while people were being seated. He called my parents to get a better understanding of the songs we had picked weeks before. All of the songs we had picked were played. Since this was in my parents backyard, this was a bit of a different setup and layout. Steve was awesome and super helpful. He would answer any questions,before, during and after the wedding. When I did reach him, he reassured me that he would be able to perform our wedding. We have spoken again at 2 points since then updating on our plans. At this point, he was going to DJ for just us in a room with our attendees on Zoom. He said would refund part of our fee due to this which I thought was nice. Instead, 3 weeks ago I receive an e-mail from a family member letting me know that he was ill and was cancelling our wedding. For 3 weeks I have tried to contact him via e-mail, weddingwire, phone and replied to his family member regarding him refunding us since he no longer was going to be providing any DJ services for our wedding. He (or his family member) has yet to reply. I feel very bad that he is ill, but this is unprofessional and very frustrating.
