We're so grateful Elona was able to capture such an important event for our family. It was a big…read morebirthday celebration, and she knew exactly what we needed without us having to over‑explain anything. She moved through the party effortlessly and delivered a beautiful gallery with a really quick turnaround. The photos feel genuine and perfectly reflect the day. Couldn't be happier with her work. Thank you Elona!

We booked the highest package because we expected a premium experience and quality that reflected…read morethe price we paid. Unfortunately, that wasn't what we received. The turnaround time was originally quoted as 1-2 weeks, but it ultimately became closer to 3-4 weeks. When we finally received our gallery, we were extremely disappointed. Many of the photos captured us off guard while we were talking or not looking at the camera, several images had distracting people in the background, and the editing was inconsistent throughout the gallery. Some photos had completely different color grading despite being taken in the same location. My fiancé's skin tone was edited several shades darker than it naturally is, and facial retouching made us look unlike ourselves, despite us never requesting that level of editing. To her credit, after we expressed our concerns, she acknowledged that the gallery was rushed and admitted it did not meet her own standards. She offered to re-edit the photos, which I do appreciate. However, that's also where my biggest frustration lies. If the work didn't meet your own standards, why deliver it to paying clients in the first place? We invested hundreds of dollars in your highest package because we trusted your portfolio and expertise. While I understand that life happens and unexpected circumstances can affect anyone, if you're unable to dedicate the time needed to deliver quality work, it's better to limit the number of clients you take on rather than deliver work you already know isn't your best. I appreciate the willingness to correct the gallery, but as a client, it's disappointing to spend this amount of money only to receive work that the photographer herself acknowledged was rushed and below her own standards.
