My family and I came in and were the only people in the store, and were not even greeted or…read moreacknowledged. I had to go get a salesperson due to an item I was interested in that wasn't tagged, which I was made to feel as if I was inconveniencing them because they had to get up and come look. When I asked about their in house financing, they didn't offer up any info about terms, conditions, interest rate or payments, so I had to ask for information which they could barely find anything. I was also given a pamphlet that had a website to go to for easy financing. After going to the website, I quickly found that I needed a special location code that is provided by the retailer so the website can attach your app to the retailer. When I called to obtain it from them, they didn't know it and said I needed to call the website and find out myself. That was the last straw. So, they lost a potential $1,000 sale due to their laziness and rudeness throughout my entire visit.
