There was barely anybody in the clinic and had to wait an HOUR before they would see my cat. They are also having plumbing issues so while we waited there was a plumber coming in and out of the room, slamming the door, turning on and off the sink, banging on the walls, and scaring the CRAP out of my cat. The doctors and technicians were very sweet, I just would not recommend.

Welp I have been calling for a week to retrieve the old estimate this place gave me in January…read more Called three times. Got a lengthy voicemail about how I can come in for a complimentary exam-again for a new estimate. I assured them I don't plan on doing the surgery at all-for as long as I can because I look in my cats mouth daily and since she's been on heart meds the root resorption appears to remain stagnant. My cat has been through a lot and she isn't down for another exam when I just need the original estimate I already had but deleted. I spent 18 minutes on the phone being told I'm yelling and being unreasonable by two different staff members. When I'm speaking assertive and asking repeatedly for the same thing and getting nowhere. Which is a copy of an estimate I already had been provided in January. The first girl confirmed my email and said she was sending it immediately. Then she offered to transfer me to the person who had initially left a long message I didn't understand on my phone. She then sent me to a man. I think named Pablo. I told him the same thing I told her. I want the original estimate please. He started giving me a song and dance about how I can come for free. Why am I so abject to bringing my cat in? They need to update the estimate. I don't want to bring her in now If I do want to do the surgery I will bring her in then for an updated estimate I want the original. He said "what's wrong with bringing her in for free?" Again. This time I apologized that I'm not the pet parent he hoped for and again asked for the original estimate. He told me he would send it but that the machine was broken so he couldn't schedule a dental right away. He told me there were other people on the waiting list. Now I explain for the seventh time that I'm not interested in scheduling. I only want the estimate. Then he says you probably can't come back since you told the girl who you spoke with before me to go f herself. He finally got me to yell by accussing me of saying "f you" to the person who first answered the phone! Like why is this mentioned now? 18 minutes in? If this actually happened??? That person mentioned nothing to me, and offered to transfer me to him. Said she was sending me an email. That conversation was not especially negative nor heated. She didn't send me the email of course! I don't speak like that to anyone. I don't ever have to worry that I've behaved that way. And it was really suspect that he waited 9 minutes into our conversation to make this accusation. They wanted me to come in for free so they could tell me I was a bad pet parent, my cat is in awful pain and I better schedule this surgery. When I refused they decided to pull some extra crazy bullshit. Stay away from this place.

Ever since new management took over, this clinic has gone completely downhill. I've been bringing…read moremy 3 cats here for years. Today I came in for a simple dental cleaning for my perfectly healthy cat. They handed me an estimate for over $2,500 -- packed with services I never asked for and had no reason to need: abdominal x-rays, ultrasounds, tooth extractions, vaccines, and pain medication. How do they know a tooth needs extraction before they've even examined it? And why prescribe pain medication for pain they haven't caused yet, for a problem that doesn't exist? When I began declining services and made clear I only needed a basic teeth cleaning, they insisted it was "office policy." I walked out and won't be back. This isn't patient care -- it's a sales pitch. Do your research before bringing your pet here.

My 9-year-old black lab, Cooper, had a dental procedure with Dr. Elizabeth two days ago and is…read morehealing beautifully- minimal swelling and no obvious pain. I was nervous about anesthesia but the procedure was essential for his health and comfort -- he had a fractured tooth and an infected gumline abscess. From the very first consultation, Dr. Elizabeth and her team were thorough, gentle, and patient, answering all of my questions without making the visit feel rushed. I left feeling informed, supported, and confident in my decision to proceed, and scheduled his procedure for the following week. The day of surgery I received timely updates, including when he was placed under anesthesia. Once asleep, they performed detailed X-rays and CT images to assess all teeth. Dr. Elizabeth personally called me from the operating room to discuss additional findings and procedures. It's simply impossible to fully evaluate a dog's mouth during the initial consultation while he is nervous and squirmy. Cooper ultimately required three extractions and a cleaning. I was notified when he was taken to recovery, and he was discharged after two hours of additional monitoring. I was given a comprehensive booklet with photographs, charts, postoperative medication instructions, and recommended products to maintain his dental health moving forward. That evening, Dr. Elizabeth personally called me to check on him. Lastly, I want to address the topic of cost, which I've seen mentioned in other reviews. This is not a standard veterinary office. While many clinics offer surface-level cleanings, Dr. Elizabeth's team provides comprehensive advanced dental medicine. A tooth that visually appears healthy on the outside can be unknowingly be diseased within -- and without advanced imaging, you simply cannot know. In my opinion, it is best to address everything once than potentially multiple future procedures, compiling additional repetitive cost. Our pets deserve the same standard of care we expect for ourselves. This level of medicine is an investment, and when you view your pet as a family member, the peace of mind is priceless.

I was able to snag an appointment after a cancellation and the woman I was speaking with was so kind. I was able to bring Dexter in, brought all his papers to get him checked out. Everyone was nice to work with, although I do have some critiques. I'm only 25 years old, and I'm not used to taking My pet to the vet and seeing how much the cost is. So when I asked the veterinary technician if they can be as transparent with me as possible I was told that it wouldn't be a problem. I was also able to receive a free vet exam for being a first-time customer. Everyone I spoke with reassured me many times that it was going to be free and I would not have to pay the $89. After Dexter was examined, the only way to conclude what was really wrong with him is if we either did blood work or x-rays. They did give me an estimate and they brought in a sheet of paper with an itemized bill showing me what the cost would be. So my mom and I decided to only do blood work to really make sure he didn't have an infection or anything wrong. She again assured me that the exam was going to be free so our total bill was going to be around $500. I actually came in knowing my budget and $500 was what I expected, so we did the blood work without hesitation. He came back all clean and we were relieved. They prescribed us medications and filled it for us at their in-house Pharmacy and then we were on our way. Then it was time to pay the bill. The only thing they did, which bothered me was they yelled the amount to the entire room and said that it was going to be $569. Immediately, I explained that I would have preferred to have an itemized bill before I've paid with my credit card. She printed one out and handed it to me and immediately I saw that I was being charged for the $89 exam fee. This upset me quite a bit and I explained that she and everyone else in the office told me that we had a free exam. She acted like she didn't know and said "Let me check again with the doctor, and I'll see what I can do." Right away they removed the exam fee and my total went all the way down to $480. This was more my price range and I had no problem paying the bill. I just wanted to bring that up to everyone's attention. Do not forget to ask for an itemized bill before just handing people your credit card. Other than that they are great vet and they are all very kind.
