If anything goes wrong, you don't just hear about it--you get the full play-by-play, complete with emotional side commentary, every time you call home. But when I booked with Tava Cab, Melissa handled it like a total pro. She's the owner, the driver, the dispatcher, the whole operation and she runs it with care, precision, and the kind of personal touch you can't fake. My mom was picked up right on time, treated with kindness, and got to the airport without a single hiccup. Later that day, my mom actually said, "She was wonderful." Let me be clear: my mom is not in the habit of handing out compliments. So when she tells me a driver was wonderful, I know Melissa did something right. Communication was clear, timely, and professional. I never had to wonder if the pickup happened. I didn't have to refresh any apps or send any last-minute texts. Melissa kept me updated, showed up when she said she would, and made the entire thing stress-free. Tava Cab isn't some faceless company. It's Melissa, doing the work herself and doing it well. If you need someone to take care of your loved ones like they're her own, this is the service you call.

Uptown Limousine Service is exactly as the name says..."Uptown!"…read more We booked Uptown for my nephew's wedding. Wade was professional, polite, and responsive to every call, question, and concern. He displayed the classy "Just Married" signs on the limo and provided sparking cider to the young newlyweds. He was timely, friendly, and gracious. My nephew and his bride enjoyed a beautiful ride before being dropped off and then the driver (Wade again) even helped carry luggage and other personal belongings to the couple's door on the 3rd floor. So much quality service for such a great price! I would recommend Uptown to anyone, anytime and I will definitely be using them again myself!

So we have used this company two times in less than two months, the first interaction went fine so…read morewe used them again. The second time the stereo didn't work going to and from Denver, he stated that if you phone is up to loud it cuts off and has to reset which was not the case because Derrick our driver told us the amp was blown by the last customers. Then because we didn't have music we could hear Derrick coughing the entire way. The owner stated he has seasonal allergies which maybe true but it was still unsettling to my guest. Then he says for my inconvenience he will give me a free hour next time I rent and yet he charged me a half hour more for the 20 minutes we went over this time. Had he just said I won't charge you for the 20 minutes over this time for your inconvenience he would still have a customer. I guess they just don't teach business like they use to. I spent over 1600 dollars in less than two months with this company and it will be the last of my money they ever get.
