Yesterday, Darryl and Jennifer may have saved me $60 thousand bucks. I thought the house we were in contract with was a manageable risk. In comes the YIG team and pointed out a new roof is absolutely needed, a/c on its last legs, foundation cracks and bugs and a lot of other little headaches. The owners hadn't done anything in their 15yr occupancy and thought it was all just fine. Btw, the listing said "replaced roof in 2016" NO WAY.
