Can't get calls answered or returned. No call for bad blood work. Good doctor , but zero follow up. Was told no follow up because everything was good. Got a copy of blood work and everything was high. Very disappointed. I have expressed my concerns about the lack of communication (answering phone calls/returning phone calls) and follow up on tests but nothing has changed. I will be finding a new PCM. read more

This is my second time going there and I should've known better. I went there because it was the closest one to my house but after this, I won't mind making the drive somewhere else. The first time the doctor misdiagnosed me with pink eye, when I had a corneal abrasion. I was trying to explain him how much pain I had, he barely looked in my eye and diagnosed me with pink eye. This time I went in and without even asking my symptoms the receptionist told me I needed to get tested for Covid! After waiting in my car for a while they called me to come inside only to test me and send me back outside for another hour! Receptionist is beyond rude and I'm not sure why she is in the customer service business. Avoid going there at all costs! read more

This clinic is HORRIBLE. The front office has no idea how to do their job. They can't even do the bare minimum like process Tricare how it is supposed to be used. The provider is a HORRIBLE person and has no interest in actually treating patients appropriately. She will cut you off when you are speaking to her and she has no interest in anything you have to contribute to the discussion. Do yourself a favor and NEVER use this clinic. read more

I was the only patient sitting in the waiting room and waited for 40 minutes before being told that the doctor was in a meeting for another hour. I had addressed an urgent and painful concern and had to seek care elsewhere. I do not recommend this clinic. read more

I have to say, I used to love this urgent care, but now that "everything" is a symptom of covid, it is a CIRCUS to be seen there! You have to go in, get paperwork, take it back to your car to fill it out, return it, go BACK to your car and wait an unknown amount of time to get called to come back in to be tested for covid, then leave again for 45-1hr for the test results. THEN, if you have covid, the doctor calls you. If not (like in my case) you get called to come back in to be seen. With an empty office, it takes about 35 minutes for the doctor to even come in to see you. He let me know what meds he was calling in and that he was having them give me two shots and then I would be free to leave and pick up my meds. After waiting about 25 minutes for someone to come administer the shots, I went to ask when it would be done since I felt like death and that I could pass out any moment. After about another 20 minutes they finally came to give me the shots. NOW, My daughter is having the same symptoms as me. I thought having her seen since she has the same symptoms as me would be easier since they KNOW I don't have covid. NOPE! Same circus. It's not about COVID at this point! It's about them getting another billable item that they can charge insurance for! That is all this will be going forward, it gives doctors offices another excuse to milk money from you while just making you suffer as they delay giving you the actual medical treatment that you need! This place looks great at first. Clean and upscale were my first thoughts when walking in. All I wanted was to be checked out for high blood pressure. Took me a month and a half to see the primary care Dr. Bailey, before that I saw her husband and several nurse practitioners on 3 other visits. Ultimately not a good experience, she seemed aggressive and agitated. Told me repeatedly what my symptoms were despite me trying to correct her. Ultimately never got any blood pressure meds going to have to start all over with another doctor. Trust me, save your money and go somewhere else. read more

I was having flu type symptoms for 6 days. I already visited two ERs and was feeling very fatigued when I finally found them. My expectations were so low since the ERs rushed me and I was still extremely ill. However, the staff were friendly. Attended to all my questions and concerns, even the dislocated toe I didn't originally come in come in for. I got a referral for Ortho, Dr Wahi, and his wonderful staff ran a battery of tests and one came back as flu (which neither ER I visited did) I was nauseous and dehydrated and they gave me fluids and antibiotics. The office manager does NOT care about you. They also do not know what to do when it comes to making sure you do not end up paying unnecessary bills and filing for the correct orders that fit your insurance. If you have a couple grand to drop out of pocket for simple testings even with insurance then sure go here. If not, please go somewhere else. read more

Dr Shaikh Wahiduzzaman and his staff were amazing! My little girl had been dealing with the full run of RSV, double ear infection and for this chapter a returning yeast infection that she had just gotten over a week ago. Initially I had tried taking my daughter across the street but as I was pulling my 6 month old out of the car I was greeted by the nurses running out the door telling me they closed at 8 (It was 8 on the dot, frustrating part was I had called telling them I was on my way and they didn't think to tell me they were closing) After I got a couple of looks, I asked if there was anywhere else I could bring my little girl. One of the nurses finally mentioned "The Clinique across the road with the Blue fountain." I walked into Your Doctors Office. The ladies at the desk were warm and welcoming. Explained my little girls situation. There was a hiccup with the insurance but it was immediately worked out and the doctor saw her right away. He played with her, got a smile out of her, discussed what she needed, he got me the prescription called in, gave me a few tips on how to help her heal, and then we were on our way. But as I was going out the door, juggling the car seat, in one hand baby in the other the doctor came out to help me. He carried the car seat to the car and even held my little one while I got everything in the car situated. It's rare you see pure love and passion in someone's work these days. If I could have him as my primary doctor for my family I would in a heartbeat! We will be returning again if the need were to ever arise! Another day of horrible service. Called 4-5 times to get results of MRI. Was told each time that they did not have the results. I explained I was anxious to get the results because I needed to know when I could go back to work. Midday I called the Imaging Center who said they would fax the information. I waited an hour and called this office and was told that the results had not been received and I told the person that I spoke with the Imaging Center and they faxed it to them but the receptionist person said they were too busy to check due to COVID19. On the last call after a 15 wait I finally spoke to the "clinical supervisor" who told me that I would have to wait because they were busy. She was very condescending and totally unconcerned with my issue. After listening to her continue to raise her voice at me, the patient, I had had enough and hung up. I went to the eye doctor and was told I need surgery on both eyes. Before that can happen I would need to see my regular physician to get clearance for the surgery. My regular doctor that I have been seeing for 20+ years said no to the surgery Beccause if blood pressure and then took one of those medications from me but gave me no indication of what to do next. A friend referred me to Your Dr Office and Dr Wahhid best move I ever made. I haven't had the eye surgery yet but I am n my way to being healthier and understanding diabetes hypertension kidney failure and congestive heart disease a lot better. Yes my regular doctor failed to give me that news. Not only did Dr Wahhid get me in a regime that will make me healthier but Dr Bailey and the staff there help me understand what I can do to make me healthier.
