I went in for bronchitis. The receptionist was cold and not friendly at all. The doctor came in, asked me no questions. Checked my heart and said do you know you have Afib. I said no, I had heart tests done and no mention of it. No more questions, just sent me to the ER. They could find no Afib at the ER, after 7 hours. Went to my doctor. He said I didn't have Afib. If the doctor (he) had asked, I have tachycardia, and when I get an infection, it can cause irregular heartbeat. All he did was sent me to the ER. He couldn't be bothered. The woman doctor that I had seen several weeks before for a bee sting reaction before was great. To improve: get a new male doctor, and a people person for your receptionist! The word is out that it is a bad place to go for care. read more

(Your Docs in) in Easton used to be professional but now it's ridiculous. When you walk in the receptionist asks "in front of the public waiting area what your social security number is, even though the paperwork they give you has a spot to write your social down. Then they ask what you are there for, "in front of everybody" and gives you a piece of paper to fill out. As if you just didn't tell everybody the most important information. Maybe they haven't had any HIPPA continuing education classes since the change over but that has NEVER happened before the change over. If I wanted everyone to know my information I'd announce it myself. I'll be going to Choice One from now on. read more

Very disappointed within 15 minutes was told needed to go to ER for CT Scan with nothing to alleviate the pain as stated on web page (Here are a few of the ailments that we can help alleviate: Abdominal Pain). Didn't see a Doctor or PA just a Nurse Practitioner I believe. "The Docs in" does not mean you will see a Doctor as mis-stated. I had an identical colon pain as my girlfriend with me with the same symptoms and is on an antibiotic. for $ 100 out of pocket for basically nothing and wasted my time for an appointment. Will not go back there. I did go to Title Health and they were fantastic, I would go there in a heart beat for anything my primary Doctor wouldn't handle remotely. Lesson learned always call your primary first to see if they can help. read more

Got a 2:30pm appt on 6/20/24, arrived at 2:15 as instructed, and one hour later only 1 person has been called to the treatment area and she arrived 25 minutes after I did. I've been here many times and today is not busy by any stretch, but wait times are always, ALWAYS very lengthy. read more

12/28/23 THE CLERK LIED TO ME. I went there several weeks ago with a terrible bladder infection and the doctor needed to send the urine out for analysis but gave me an antibiotic anyway. The doctor was great and he said I would be contacted when the lab report was ready. I called and left messages all the following week but no one returned my call. I finally drove over there on 12/27 about my results. There was an overweight clerk behind the counter on her cell phone and I told her I had been waiting for a long time for the lab results and asked if she have them. She said the reason it took so long for results was because the lab was very busy and very very slow. The lab report said in black and white they were sent to Docs In on 12/20. She LIED TO ME! I gave the sample on 12/18 and the results were at the clinic on 12/20 according to the lab printout but no one returned my calls nor voluntarily contacted me. This is appalling. I will never go back and will beg all my friends never to go there. They need new employees who are able to be trained in customer service and who do not lie. WHY DID NOT ANYONE CALL ME??? WHY DID SHE LIE TO ME? The clerks do not understand medical situations or protocols. Please train them!!! read more

My son and I had COVID tests done in December. I paid up front for those tests and was told they would file a claim on our behalf with our insurance companies for reimbursement (never again will I make that mistake) They filed claims, but made Your Doc's In the recipient of payment, so in essence they were paid by me and the insurance company. Now all I get is a run-around when it comes to getting reimbursed. Have failed a complaint with our insurance companies so they can take action. Filing a complaint with the BBB is next. read more

We arrived at 5:15PM on a Sunday/Holiday. My folks are new to the area and have yet to find a doctor so I found this place on line, and checked it on Yelp. My father slammed a car trunk on his hand, and wanted to ensure a professional took a look at the ragged cut. There is a very large parking lot. You could bring an RV or a boat in here if necessary and easily turn it around. The receptionists provided a short form and were friendly. The waiting room is clean and spacious. At 5:25 he submitted the form, an ID and an insurance cards. NOTE - If you have no insurance they will accept a self pay $150 deposit. At 5:30 he went to the exam room. There are a lot of pictures of patients having come in to have fish hooks removed from their hands, arms, legs, lips, ears, faces, and one that was near an eye. They are sort of amusing and produce s. Some pics have the extracted hooks. He came out at 5:55 with one stitch and a bandage. He is impressed with the Doctor Smythson and it was as painless as possible. read more

My complaint is not necessarily with Your Doc's In, though they should make parents aware that they partner with an outside vendor for lab results and medical records (Tidal Health) and that service requires a lengthy onboarding process for parents/guardians to access their child's records. I went in for a simple COVID PCR test for camp, and found out when I went to view her results that I would need to submit an additional form along with a copy of her birth certificate and my driver's license--and even then, the application would be subject to a review period of up to a week. So don't bring your child there for testing if you need to access their results quickly! read more

I would not recommend this facility in Easton Md. Was told immediately upon entering that there would be a 2 hour wait. I decided to stay since my daughter needed X-rays. There was one person in the waiting room. They were called back and left rather quickly. Two more people came in and were seen. I assumed they had appointments so I understood they were seen first. We sat in the waiting room for an hour and a half after that and two other people came in& were basically told that they could go somewhere else since the wait time was so long. We knew there weren't patients back there since we had been there for so long. Finally made it back after 2 and a half hours and then sat another half hour before seeing an unprofessional Dr. The staff is very unprofessional and they clearly don't care about their patients. To me they just seemed lazy and there to learn a paycheck and not to help the patients. The place is filthy as well and we will never go back. I have never left a bad review of any place I have been but this was the worst experience I have ever had with a medical facility. read more

I went on a Friday on my down to the beach for the weekend and was in and out within 45 minutes. I felt very comfortable speaking with the nurse and physicans that I saw and everyone was friendly and efficient there. Minor downfall here is that they do not fill your prescriptions on the spot, which I am used to having done at Patient First...but there is a Walgreens across the street that they can call it into quickly. Only other issue was that I called in today to get my antibiotics changed due to nausea and vomiting as a symptom to the current medication they prescribed me and the first person I spoke to said I needed to come back in and be seen, but I ended up speaking to someone else and she is suppose to be calling in something else. So as long as that is done correctly, they did a great job. read more

Beware! Medical staff is incompetent and in a rush to leave. They will skip important parts of Care. Listen to the doctor and make sure each step is followed through by medical staff!!!!!!!!! I am visiting family and from out of town, a hair follicle near my bikini area got infected and developed an abscess. I arrived to this location at 7:45 in the evening not realizing they closed at 8:00 (this is why all staff members were rude, dismissive and tried skipping important parts in my care). The receptionist who checked me in was incredibly ignorant, to the point where I Googled other Urgent Cares when I sat down because I wanted to get out of there! That's when I saw their closing time. The medical assistant that did my vitals did not give me a gown, the abscess was near my bikini line......the doctor came in to look at my abscess, I asked him if I should just drop trow??? Lol. He said no, you need a gown, so he needed to leave the room so I could undress. That made my wait even longer because he went and sutured someone in the next room while I put the gown on (fine by me, not his fault, but a waste of both of our time). The doctor was very good! I hate that their entire staff is incompetent! Because it's hard to find a good doctor these days. Anyway, doc came in again, took a look at my leg and saw it was infected, I needed a shot and oral antibiotics, he said they'd also clean and dress my wound before I left and that I needed to keep it clean and dry. The medical assistant did the injection and said okay you can get dressed now (mind you, there's an open wound on my leg, oozing with pus/blood and not covered. I told her the doctor wants it dressed, she said "ummmm....I'm not sure about that let me ask him"...this is proper protocol for any abscess, any wound really. There should not have even been a question !!!!!! So she leaves, a different girl enters (I'm assuming the first girl needed to go home??) The new girl does NOT clean my wound, places a bandaid on it and that was that. Great....what's the point in dressing a wound if it's covered in crap that'll worsen the infection. I got home and redressed the wound properly. I have experience as a receptionist and medical assistant in the medical field, thankfully. Had I not known about dressing my wound I would have left there not knowing to keep it clean and covered. I wasn't given any instruction on how to care for my wound once home, again luckily I already know how to do it. My advice when using this Urgent Care- do not go there near closing time. Also, listen to the doctor word for word, and make SURE the staff members do everything he's ordered them to do! I get people have lives and need to get home to kids, or family. However when you work in the medical field, you can not go home until that last patient has checked out. If you can't handle that then you need to work a 9-5 job! read more

Completely unimpressed with the lack of customer service here. I drove my ill feeling daughter over 40 minutes to get to our scheduled appointment. We arrived on time only to be told the wait was over an hour because they were running behind. I asked the purpose of an appointment if they weren't able to honor it and was told they only had one provider. How about a phone call to let us know of the impending delay? When you're sick, the last thing you want to do is sit in a car waiting over an hour. Will not go back. read more

We were visiting the area from New York for the weekend and my daughter had a major earache. We found this urgent care in the area which was one out of two urgent cares open on that Sunday evening. The office staff was really sweet and got us in a 1/2 an hour before they closed. My daughter needed an antibiotic for the major pain she was in. I had already let it go one day because I thought she had swimmers ear. I asked the office to send the script to the CVS at target. We left the office without a paper script in hand because the doctor said he called it in. It was around 6:00 PM and we showed up to the CVS at target to find it was closed already. At that point the urgent care was closed as well, so I could 't call them back and my daughter was now sobbing in pain in the aisle at Target. I felt so bad for her and I felt frustrated that the doctor would not look into making sure our script was sent to a pharmacy that was open on a Sunday. I was not from the area and assumed a pharmacy in Target would be open. We should have been guided better by the Dr. or staff. They must deal with this every Sunday with urgent care visitors. I think it is important for a doctor to think of those things and advise families, especially when a person really is in need of medicine. She had to go through the night and wait until the morning for an antibiotic. read more

They have been efficient and professional the three times I have needed care that my MD's office could not provide and i did not want to deal with the ED at Easton. I have never waited long, and have been treated with respect. Prescriptions were faxed to my pharmacy immediately. Labs done on the spot. They called back to follow up on some other funky values. I wonder if the previous complaintant wasn't seeking medication. read more

I was on vacation when I sliced my thumb open while cutting watermelon. I decided to come here because it had the best reviews in the area, but that was a huge mistake. I arrived ten minutes before their closing sign, their open light was still lit, and yet when I arrived at the front desk I was told by a receptionist and a nurse that they were closed. I stated they didn't close until eight and the open sign was still on, and that I think I needed stitches. Both employees just shook their head at me saying they couldn't help. Unbelievable. If every other kind of business must stay open until their CLOSING TIME, what makes it appropriate to turn away someone in need of urgent care? Don't waste your time coming here, go straight to Atlantic hospital. read more

The first time I went here I though my infant may have had croupe, the doctor seeing him didn't even wait to listen to his cough and stated his lungs were clear so he was fine. The following day my baby was still sick so we went to go see his pediatrician. His dr immediately could hear his cough and was able to diagnose with croup. Yesterday my husband took my daughter with flu symptoms. The dr that evaluated her said she had double ear infections and prescribed her with antibiotics. My son was sick last night so my husband took took both of my kids to their pediatrician. Turns out both of my kids were positive for the flu and my daughter did NOT have ear infections!! My daughter was never tested for the flu and now it's too late for tamiflu and she was misdiagnosed. This facility has done a terrible job the last 2 times we've been there! I would NOT recommend this place for kids!! I did however see an older male dr there for myself, and he was very pleasant and competent. read more

Irresponsible, endangering the public! My adult daughter was seen at the Easton office. She had all the signs of either an upper respiratory infection or Covid. Chills, fever, body aches, severe sore throat and so on. She was seen by Michael Bush. We were told she had a strep throat test and a Covid test. She was given a note saying that she could return to work pending her Covid test results. When leaving we asked when the Covid results would be back. We were told in 5 days. We called repeatedly after 5 days and no results. Finally we were told that the Covid test was not done. WE HAD A PAPER STATING IT WAS DONE AND TO WAIT UNTIL THE RESULTS WERE BACK! She was feeling bad all week. She took the antibiotic she was prescribed. Her strep test was negative. At week's end she began to feel better but who knows if she is Covid positive? They said we could come back and be tested and wait another 5 days. What about work, people have to earn a living. What about contact tracing and notifying those she had been in contact with in the incubation period? We were told she had the test and we had the paper with instructions for Covid protocol. What the heck. I have never seen such gross incompetence. Avoid this place at all costs. If we could give this place a zero we would. They will be reported. read more

This was my first time coming to this Your docs in location. When I arrived there to get a drug test for pre-employment I went into the front and the nice lady at the front desk told me that I had to go to the back of the building for Occupational Health. When I arrived into Occupational health the lady at the front desk was extremely rude to me and other patients that were there. Also my wait time was literally a hour before anyone came out to do my drug test. My visit was today 10/9/18. That was a really bad experience for me and I just feel that if people work in that type of setting they should be more mindful and more patience with the patients that comes in there. read more

Have you ever made a really frothy chocolate milk? Well, imagine getting a throat swab done with the same exact vigorous motion six inches into your already noted incredibly sore throat. Never in my life have I had a more aggressive, unexplainably violent throat swab. Not to mention the medical assistant did not provide any pleasantries before, during, or after the swab. I was very wary of coming to Your Doc's In due to very negative reviews posted before me. However, at 4 AM when I'm woken up with a UTI I don't want to have to wait until noon to go somewhere else. So I sucked it up and we went here. We arrived around 8 AM and there was one other lady waiting. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and I was called back to get my vitals about five minutes after all my paperwork and payment were completed. I went to a room and the nurse was very friendly. The room was clean, as well. I gave them a urine sample and not even five minutes later, a Nurse Practitioner saw me. She left for about two minutes after our initial talk, then came back with my results and had even printed up some papers to educate me and that have tips on the pain. My prescription was sent to the pharmacy and she told me to follow up with my primary care doctor in about two weeks. Pretty easy visit and I will be back if I encounter this again. read more

I took my daughter to Doc's In because I believe she may have strep throat. I provided her insurance card, but they told me that the insurance company verification said she did not have coverage. I said there must be some mistake as we had just been to her PCP two months ago without issue. The woman said they must not have verified coverage. I called the number on the back of the insurance card and it said that my does indeed have coverage. I told the clerk that they were mistaken and to check again. She said "That is not their policy" and told me I would need to call the insurance company and have them fax a letter verifying their coverage. There were 4 people behind the counter doing NOTHING, yet they refused to do a second verification of coverage. So unprofessional and uncourteous, I will NEVER go back. I would rate this company ZERO stars if that was an option. read more

I was seen on Aug. 15, 2014 for a broken foot. The wait was short, the doctor was thorough and knowledable. X-rays were done quickly and the doctor was back in within 5 minutes with the x-ray read. A soft cast was put on to immobilize the foot, crutches given with instructions to see an orthopedic doctor once I got back home to Philadelphia. I was very happy with the service and the outcome. read more
