They have absolutely no genuine care and concern for anyone's child. Their main concern is money! They give the impression that they have the level of competency to nurture any child as long as they are not a danger to the other children. Our son was not a danger to anyone in that facility and this baby sitters club terminated him after 3 hours. They could not give us any clarification on why they terminated him. Only that he was crying and wandering off in the hallways. They also told us he acted like a toddler. When he is in fact a TODDLER! Whom was born before the pandemic and has never been away from his parents. They insinuated that something was wrong with our child while our child has never had any issues and has never been diagnosed with anything. Absolutely refused to give us our tuition back. I would have respected them if they could have taken a professional meeting with us. Please Beware! They are continuously enrolling because they have very little children and staff left! Oh and this is a Real Review! I know the owner keeps commenting stating none of these reviews are real. Oh yes BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!

As a parent, my experience at this daycare, 2 years, felt very different from the welcoming impression given during the tour under the old director. With the new director, Angela Knight, I observed behavior and responses from staff that left me deeply concerned about cultural awareness and how children of color are treated and understood. When concerns were raised, they felt dismissed rather than addressed, and accountability for staff behavior seemed lacking. What stood out most was the difference between the warm introduction during enrollment and the experience afterward. Every family deserves a daycare where their child feels understood, supported, and treated fairly. Being told I am "making something about race" is unprofessional.
