    Hello. I am writing this review because I want others know my experiences shopping at this…read moreparticular store. This is a store that I used to go to often. Yet every time I would go I would find myself more offended untill the point where I stopped all together. I now get my hair from companies who source their hair from India. This is great because the hair is truly unprocessed and their is no deception about the product I am getting.I have come to realize any way that all hairstore hair is processed, fake and probably from China(as the owner implied to me when I went to ask her if she sold raw indian hair.she then told me several lies about the hair she sold like I knew nothing) despite what is marketed on the packaging as Brazilian, Malaysian or Peruvian. I now believe that is the best possible thing to do as opposed to throwing money away at a hair store that don't respect me as a customer. I say this for many reasons. First because I am a student who is currently working in a customer service job while also studying. I believe that no customer, wheather rude or suspicious looking or someone who I don't particularly like should leave feeling like they haven't gotten the best treatment possible from the owners or workers. After all the customers act as the business support. With out a consumer even and outstanding product is nothing. I want to say that the customer service that I have experience shopping their alone, with my mother and with my cousin was very poor. I once when their looking for different shades of la girl concealer t on put in my collection and I guess I was looking for too long. She then said do you know your color and pitched up a concealer and said it's here. Like I know I'm just thinking. She couldn't have thought I was stealing because I was standing right in front of her. She thought I was stupid and wanted to rush me out of her store. She hasn't had patience when I do there on separate occasions. Many that I tell this story say they would have left the makeup but I still allowed myself to be treated in that manner. If I would have went somewhere else then I can't say with much confidence that my experience would have been much different. I was told by her when talking that she knew more than me about hair because she's in the business. That is definitely not true. Probably thinks that many customers are ignorant and that's why I choose to no longer be a customer. The women in the store has been rude to me for the last time a couple of months ago. I bought a couple of bleaching packets and changed my mind one. I the store where I writhe item is now called a go back and it s m duty as the cashier and worker to put it back myself not the customers. Well she told me to put it back and put a please on the end like that makes it right. I was an order to a customer that's not right. Where I work the customer is always right even it their wrong. She has also been impatient with my mother in her looking for supplies while she was talking on the phone. I can honestly say I don't know how she keeps business but I do see the business is slow. I also don't know see how she is likeable when she's usually rude to me. I can honestly say I don't like hair stores and rather to serious and actually professional businesses to get my supples.

    My mom & I went to our local Sally's Store 3610 where we both shop frequently with the most recent…read morecoupon, buy 3 polishes get one free and a cosmetic bag. We were informed by the sales associate (very nice and well mannered young lady) that it was a misprint which didn't start until April 1. Being that there was no sign explaining that we asked if she could ask the manager if she would still honor the coupon. The manager hollers across the store at my mom and said, "No I will not honor it. You can come back on April 1" and she also stated that "you cannot get the cosmetic bag unless you buy makeup." I told her that the flyer does not state that makeup is required with the purchase it states spend 14.99 or more and receive a free cosmetic bag. I didn't get the rude manager's name because I walked out the store with an attitude that I will never go back to the Laurinburg, NC store & I will tell my friends not to go there either. We explained to the sales associate that we were not filing a complaint against her store. We explained what happened and she was very understanding and apologize for our issue. I called the corporate office and explained in detail the events that had taken place and how the manager spoke to my mother & myself. The customer service rep said that she would call the store and tell the manager to honor our the coupon. I told her that I was at a different location and she asked for the location that the incident occurred and the location that I was in at the time. She said that she would call another Sally's store and have them to honor the coupon in its entirety. Clarice in the Rockingham store received the call from corporate and honored the coupon. My mom and I were able to get the items that we desired along with the free cosmetic bag without purchasing makeup. I was very satisfied with the customer service we received from other Sally's stores outside of Fresno, however, the staff at this store needs to be talked to about how customer service; especially valued customers that shop in her store all the time. I really feel like it was more discrimination against my mother and I after she saw that we were ** women. She literally yelled across the aisle as she walked towards us. WE WILL NEVER VISIT THE STORE 3610 as long as I have breath in my body. I really pray that some action is taken in this matter. It was not our fault that your coupon read from "NOW UNTIL APRIL 30!" If you have a nationwide misprint signage needs to be placed on the door of your locations across the nation. Thank you and I hope to get a response with a resolution.
