I am very disappointed in my experience with this office. I paid my last payment in August, 2108. I have all my receipts and the office has theirs. Now the trustee is sending me letters saying they have not received June, 2018, payment and are going to have my case dismissed if I don't sent the payment in 10 days. I'm going to pay that payment because I don't want my case dismissed after paying for 5 years. I think the lawyers office needs to make this right in some way. I have given them and the trustee's office a copy of my initialed receipt but nothing has been done. I have called Mr. Young's office several times but no help. I wouldn't recommend this firm to my worst enemy! They try to be as helpful as possible but the day you bring in the money to file, you are forgotten about! You Will be left in the dark wondering what to do next! They won't tell you that you'll get ads in the mail to complete your second course and because they can't return a damn phone call or email you'll be paying for things you don't even need! Had used him before when I had gotten a divorce and he was excellent, but this time his attorneys had lied to me and didn't do their job as they had said. They did not contact all of the people I had down and still have letters and phone calls from creditors. Have spoken with the attorneys several times and went to the office a few times. The attorney lied to my face stated that I didn't have to go to court and the attorney would talk to the trustee and tell him that my wife had gotten hurt and couldn't work anymore and to see about the amount that I was paying instead the judge had already signed the papers two days before I talked to the lawyer and assured me they would handle it. All lies. I am working two extra days a week to be able to have food and fuel to go to work. I don't recommend his office because he is not in contact with his clients like he once was. It's all about how much money he can make and how fast he can make it. I once had respect for Mr Young but feel he has let me and my wife down with other clients that I have spoken with. Horrible experience! Aside from the mistakes and the incorrect information, and the constant "I don't know" in response to my more pressing concerns, Mr. Young and his entire staff are the most unprofessional, rude group of people I have ever done business with. He actually hung up on me after he was unable to answer important questions about my discharge, and that's hardly the worst thing he's done. read more
