2 months and counting…read more Claim number- 0605942993 It has now been 2 months with nothing resolved. On November 6th, 2020, I was struck by a vehicle at a light from behind and she had totaled my car. Allstate tried to get me to settle for around $3000 before my car was even physically inspected and totaled out. My daughter who is 12 and has been diagnosed with Autism was in the car with me when we were struck. Therapist has said it will be over $150 per session 1 or maybe 2 times a week. Which, I can't afford. Therapist also told me that it may be possible PTSD with her and this may be ongoing therapy sessions for awhile. The claim adjustment owner Henry Scott has received the same email from her therapist that we got but is making us jump through hoop after hoop to get more information from us in which I can only safely assume is for him to get more time to find loopholes in not paying us for the vehicle and injury damages that occurred. Or, to wait me out so I become so far in debt that I will settle for anything even if it still puts me in debt. This would've all been settled shortly after the accident if I was paid enough to be able to pay off my totaled car (which I'm still paying for) and have enough money for a down payment for a car that my daughter feels safe in. Instead, I am using friends, family and coworkers for rides. Some of which I pay for because it is much cheaper than a rental since I would only be reimbursed through Allsate for 3 DAYS  of a rental. But, don't worry, I have paper receipts with mine and their signatures for every one of them. I'm sharing this story so I can let people know that they do not take care of you. Do not go with Allstate. I will update this daily on how long this process actually takes so people can be aware of how corrupt this company is. I even have some evidence of fraud on their part in case this ends up in court. With rides and therapy and and totaled car and lawyer fees, I am now at around $22,000 in debt and counting. Please choose wisely when choosing car insurance companies. Allstate will let you down and push you to a breaking point.

They even sent my little pup Roxie a treat out when they saw her in the backseat one day while we were in the drive-through. My mom has been banking with them for over 50+ years, back when they were named First Alabama Bank. They even call her to wish her a happy birthday every year. How cool is that?! I've had my account here since high school myself. Sometimes things happen in life, such as security breaches or someone stealing your wallet/debit cards/checkbook. Regions is usually very quick to fix those rare banking problems that arise on occasion. For that, I'll be a lifetime fan. I recently had my debit card compromised and Regions credited my account back within two days, which I was very pleased with. In summary, Regions has excellent customer service, especially this branch. If you budget your money, don't overdraft and report a problem when you first notice it, you shouldn't have any issues- here or at any bank.

Somehow that didn't happen on those 2 days and I wasn't notified of the withdrawals. I only found out when a simple transaction of $10 was denied. I notified the bank that there were fraudulent charges and I was told that I had to wait until all were cleared. To add insult to injury, I was charged overdraft fees because I didn't cover the money the hacker was pulling from my account. I didn't want to lose any more money! I filed the dispute claim and was told that Regions doesn't feel that they are at fault and will not reimburse the money. Regions said that I didn't prove that I was hacked and I could have authorized these withdrawals. I never had any business dealings with the company listed for the withdrawals and it was the same company withdrawing every time, 125 times. I'm out $2,500.00 plus bank over draft fees and I'm trying to pay for my wedding in late September. Thanks Regions for absolutely the worse customer service ever! I'd like to you 0 stars if I could.
