Found where the rats and mice were getting into the property and then talked us through what their plan of action would be, telling us what they were putting down and where and how long it would take to deal with the problem. Followed up a couple of weeks later to make sure the pests had taken the bait they'd left and we were left with a rat free student house! No more nibbled bagels!
