Michael A. Ponce de Leon is the new manager of York Condominium Services and in my recent dealings with him, he has shown to be very unreasonable. York charged me $200 in late HOA payment fees. This was due to York under his management never notifying me of the HOA address change as I think he bought the company from the previous HOA owner that was located in Paramount. When I explained to him that I was never notified of the address change and that's why he never received the HOA payments checks he dismissed it. I even showed him pictures of the checks returned due to being sent to the old address, and he didn't budge. When I asked him to provide evidence that he notified me of the address change, he was unable to do so after multiple requests. Lastly, York is no longer in Paramount, but their mailing address is now in Rancho Cucamonga. read more
