And when we did, we really did (young sleeping child locked in hire car with keys inside... stupid design flaw, thanks VW)... The owner/operator responded to the urgency of the situation and despite the time of day and other commitments made it to us very quickly. The lock was a challenge, but they stayed cool and calm under pressure and opened the car. The little one wasn't even woken up, and only found out about the situation days after.
