For the noodles soup they are very good special the beef noodles soup for the the regular food are good compare to others in the food court area.

That is disappointing few pieces of sick and it was tough and salty.

Tried this but it needed more flavor and added the chili garlic sauce packet and some soy to the broth to make it tastier. The duck was meaty but kind of tough. It was garnished with cilantro and scallion and wished it was tastier. Noodles were cooked well. But, overall not good. I was really hungry and it was not a satisfying meal and took a while to prepare. It had promise that didn't deliver. Hope they improve.

2 meat 2 sides horrible taste old my stomach was in pain after 4 bites

Horrible their food looks delicious taste old soda is flat....I got another soda in a different flavor still disgusting... I didn't ask for my money back im not wasting anymore time with this company I'm just never going back.

    Pork wonton soup

3.5 stars. I ordered the pork wonton soup via Uber Eats. They packaged it very well for travel. I was feeling very nauseous today, so the pretty bland broth was perfect. In the future I would like if it came with some options to either spice it up or add a different flavor. Overall it was a filling and tasty bowl of soup.

Not bad for Food Court food ‍ Food tasted a little bland but decent. I was more surprised by the range of options they have.

Walk by this food stall a couple of times, so figured I'd just get something instead of wondering. I came here specifically for the taiwan style beef noodle soup. It's mall food, so no high expectations. Has the aroma of a traditional beef noodle soup, but everything else is lacking. Meat was hard, couldn't even chew through the pieces, but the lady gave me a good amount. At least I checked off this food court restaurant.

Pork dumplings? If you say so.

I had a long wait and the food was meh, so never again. Half the outlets in the food court are closed but as I walked by I figured I'd give this place a try. I ordered dumplings and was told it would take 10 minutes, so I waited. And waited. And waited. A couple walked up who had ordered noodle soup and the person working on the orders that weren't coming from the steam trays up front took loving care to put together their soups, she packaged them nicely, included everything they needed, and then just walked away. Finally the cashier looks over and says something to her. She walks in the back, gets the dumplings, dumps them into a container and pushes it towards me. No bag, no chop sticks or forks, nothing. Just walks away again. I had to ask the cashier for a bag so I could carry them out (I had a drink and couldn't easily carry both). The cashier obliged and I was on my way. The dumplings are meh at the most. They taste like the cheapest of the frozen dumplings you can pick up in any Asian market freezer. Never again.

Best Taiwanese beef noodle in NJ.

Best Taiwanese beef noodle in NJ. I've tried all the beef noodle in nj. Eventhough this is not hand drawn noodle, the broth and beef is outstanding. You won't regrade it.

Been waiting for this place to finally open in the mall food court. And now that it finally has, I'm excited to try all the options! It seems to have opened fairly recently and it certainly stands out because it's brightly lit (giving off a very clean vibe) and tastes fresher than any Chinese food you've ever had in a food court. The employee handing out samples won me over. The General Tso's Chicken didn't taste cheap and overdone. So we gave it a try along with the fried rice. Even the little bits of chicken at the bottom of your dish were actual pieces of chicken and not the super bready parts that aren't enjoyable (yet somehow are... you know what I mean). There were a couple of noodle options available. I'm also looking forward to trying their various noodle soups (Taiwanese style, Hong Kong style, Japanese style). They also have dim sum and smoothies/bubble tea to finish. Priced competitively with similar fast food yet you don't walk away feeling bloated or over salted. Hope it stays this way because then I'll have a new favorite go-to at this mall!

I happily devoured it and immediately craved more. Unfortunately it's a limited item, so be sure to check their ig stories or dm them to find out the next available date. *Prosciutto Youtiao Sandwich $15 * Crispy youtiao with prosciutto, burrata and pineapple jam. This unexpected combo actually works so well! *Taro French Toast with Boba $16.5 ** If this is your first time here, ORDER THE FRENCH TOAST. I literally get it every time--the milk tea French toast is perfectly brûléed and topped with taro paste, boba, whipped cream, and salted egg yolk bits. I love that their lu rou fan comes with a soft-boiled ramen egg instead of a hard boiled one, and the pickled mustard greens on the side are my favorite part. *Taiwanese Milk Crumb Toast $5 New item! We tried this test version of 奶酥吐司, and it was lowkey addictive. The bread pulled apart just like shokupan. So soft and fluffy.

On the plus side, the hospitality is top-notch; we loved the complimentary Taiwanese kimchi and dessert, and the portion sizes are generous Pork Belly over Rice (4.25/5): The standout! It was packed with flavor, though on the oily side Soft Shell Crab (3.5/5): The crab was well-prepared, but the avocado pairing muted the flavor, making it a bit bland Taiwanese Fried Chicken over Rice (3/5): This was surprisingly sweet for a savory entree, which others may like that Century Old Egg Tofu (2/5): A miss for me, it was served cold and the sauce pairing didn't really work Great service and a lovely vibe overall

A casual dine in spot with ample amount of seating. We ordered a bunch of dishes to share and we liked all of them. We got the stinky tofu (not as stinky as you would get in Taiwan but still good), Taiwanese fried chicken, oyster pancake, crispy fried intestine, beef noodle soup, & pork rice cake. Turned out to be a great choice. Although not easy to find on the tail end of a nondescript commercial strip, we saw its sign and walked in to a decent sized dining room with a half dozen booths along one wall and about a dozen tables spread across the remainder. Plenty of original watercolors displayed and for sale on the walls. David the proprietor seemed to be handling most of the operation himself. He sat us, took our order, disappeared into the kitchen to participate in its preparation and served our four courses to us in traditional style - separately as ready. The food was excellent. We chose from both the lunch and regular menu, which were integrated seamlessly. Fried Pork Chop, Crispy Fried Intestine, Fish Fillets in Chili Sauce from the mains, and Orange Beef from the lunch list. I started with Hot &Sour Soup, which was flavorful and loaded with tofu, sprouts, pork slivers and potent vinegar. Loved it! The Pork Chop was deboned and pressed thin. The result was a crisp sliced Katsu-like cutlet with nice flavor and long crunchy chew. The Intestine was also crisp and filled with green beans that mixed well with the hardened shell and soft innards. Not my fave, but my lovely partner ate it enthusiastically. The Fish and Chili was very good, with tender lightly breaded white fish fillets and red chili sauce that included small pieces of celery, sprouts and cabbage, in a large bowl. Finally, the lunch sized Orange Beef was delicious with sweet and spicy amber sauce coating the pieces of lightly crisped beef. Ubiquitous broccoli sprigs added color to the dish. Service was friendly and accommodating. David was happy to interact and talk about his business there. Red Onion is a Five Star keeper.
