Leading up to our trial for a custody/parental alienation case it seemed we were dealing with someone who was very busy as we received little communication. We reached out occasionally and sometimes get a response days later (if any). I will mention that we requested a call to discuss things around our trial date to ensure we were on the same page. It took 17 or 18 months to take a simple breach of contract case just to the required mediation date. While there, she didn't fight for me. I was seeking $50,000 and the returning offer was $2000. My attorney kept urging me too accept the offers for "closure" but as the hours went by, I ended up with $15,000. This didn't even begin to cover my expenses or make me whole, then she was going to drop a $5000 legal bill on me after we settled. They finally realized the previous paralegal had such poor recordkeeping skills that no record existed of my prior payments I had to provide them with my own copies of payments already made and, in the end, paid s third of my settlement to get even though we were on an hourly rate. There is no way I would have settled for what I did if I knew she would get a third. Medical issues the attorney has that I only learned about at the very end of my case, in my opinion, kept her from fully representing me. I was misled because I had such a solid case she said there was no way I could lose. So, after 18 months of living with a condemned structure attached to my house, over 500 days of not being able to use the structure and the county inspector telling me not to walk under the structure because it could fall at any moment, I ended up with $10,000. My total costs ended up being almost $19,000 to fix the faulty construction. In my opinion, Tina Mills should not be be able to practice law. For $275 an hour, I expected much better representation. Essentially, I had no representation. Much of the charges on my bill were simply seeking updates, for which I would be charged for a quarter hour, only too bee told there had been no change. I'm sure Attorney Mills is fine at her main focus of completing weeks and working estate issues, but she certainly doesn't have the personality to be a litigator. She simply takes on more than she can handle and even had to fire her paralegal because she wasn't doing her job and may have been stealing from the business, as evidenced by the missing payments I had to prove I paid. I informed her I was not satisfied by her representation and asked for all of my fees back plus the cost four an appraisal of my home and the cost of a CPA to foo my taxes. a measure recommended by the Magistrate. She refused, so I feel it is my duty to inform the public, the Cincinnati Bar Association, and the State Attorney's Office. In summary, DO NOT use the Law Firm of Tina R. Mills.

On the first visit he mandated that my daughter attend outpatient therapy 3 times a week from 6pm to 8:30pm at their facility. My daughter only went there for depression, mild depression. Therefore we arranged an appointment with Nina (same practice).After two visits with Nina she MANDATED THAT MY DAUGHTER ATTEND therapy sessions 3 times a week for 4 weeks. We attended one sessions but because we didn't attend 3 times a week for 4 weeks she dropped my 15 year daughter as a client. On the Monday meeting we were with kids who had attempted suicide ( not speaking badly about this children). But my daughter was going to see Nina because she had mild depression. Nina dropped my daughter as a client. Sent me an email saying we should go to Restart. Getting an email from a therapist saying all future appointments have been canceled. It's very traumatic for 15 year-old after she was developing a relationship with Nina.. why would I arrange an appointment with a therapist to talk to my child and then we are MANDATED to go to their sessions three times a week for four weeks from 6 PM to 830 if you don't do what they say they drop you as a client and cancel all of your appointments Do not go there. My 15-year-old daughter diagnosed Nina as passive aggressive see below read the reviews. Do not go there. Hi This looks like a past email. Since /---did not attend the rest of this week's sessions for group, I am unable to work with her. Attendance is meant to be consistent in the program due to the concerns that she has presented - three times a week which I was clear about both in session, and via email.
