We went to this Yogurtland after we visited the Daiso in the same plaza. (We usually go to the Yogurtland in Walnut.) This Yogurtland is big inside but also looked outdated and it didn't have efficient AC when it's in summer time. Their lighting is always off and it seems like they try to save on energy. Anyhow, it's close to St. Patrick's Day, so they have a seasonal exclusive of the Lucky Irish Mint Frozen Yogurt flavor. We got different flavors of Lucky Irish Mint, Boba Milk Tea, and Pistachio. We always like Yogurtland even though their prices are not cheap. We always spend more than $20 there. I used their Yogurtland app today to redeem their $5 reward, and they also gave me a birthday treat to enjoy a free cup of froyo to celebrate (worth up to $5 off on a birthday treat). By the way, the lady was very friendly, and she provided good service.

Just had the worst experience with my family. We walk in asking for sample cups; of course no sample cups at this location. Maybe we use the bathroom; it's closed.. We ask for spoons to taste the flavors and it's against policy, until you pay. Wow...just felt like they keep pushing us out of the door .. And good bye for good.

$20 for these 2 bowls is wild

I came to Yelp to see if people also paid as much as we did for mediocre yogurt and apparently they did. First off, no sample cups, and that's fine. Probably more hygienic that way. Second, the machines were spitting out the yogurt so some flavors splattered into the bowls. This location is overpriced. $20 for the 2 bowls that didn't weigh much was crazy. I just had Bacio di Latte the other day and paid less for divine gelato with the works for 2 people. I was looking for signage on how much they charged per ounce, but didn't see anything. After paying, we asked for a receipt and the lady said she was out of paper. We asked that the receipt be emailed or texted and she said it's a new system and it couldn't do that. The yogurt was ok but the strawberries and pineapple chunks were sour. We won't be back.

So this is where you get your cups. Totally empty and no sign where to pick them up. No communication. We had to ask the employee.

We went here for dessert to cleanse our pallette after having dinner. We walked in to get the cups/bowls and was totaly emptied out. There was no sign saying where to pick them up. No communication. We had to ask the employee. Employee said that ever since covid happened, we have all the cups up front by us for the last 6 years. This is the most ridiculous answer we have ever heard. All the other Yogurtlands we have been to have the cups in their rightful place. I feel the owner wants to control everything. Nickel and dime. They're trying to cut corners. I hope the franchise company take them out or retrain because we are unhappy. Don't come at night. Super dark. Super dangerous. They are trying to save electricity it looks like. Ambiance a bit dreary. Conclusion: never coming back. Go to a different Yogurtland.

is Yogurtland double the price? I have been there before for the almost same stuff only cost 5dollar today I spend 10 dollar! I am not sure is right price.

this location is Overpriced. Paid $10 for this. was around $6 before. Not sure if its this location. But wont come back.

This location is overpriced. Paid $10 for a cup of yogurt without any topping. Wont be back.

If I had read the review first I would not go to this place! The cashier is mean!! While I was getting yogurt my son ran to the candy counter and took one candy put into his mouth, then the cashier is angry say it in a very mean way : "don't touch the candy ! " "Can you watch your son ! " she totally scared my son and make him very nervous! This location also charge a box for $1.99!!!

This is what $5 gets you here.

Wow this location is expensive. I paid $5 for what looked like a sample. The yogurt was tasty but I don't think it's worth the price.

When you enter you have to get yogurt cups behind the counter by the worker. No sample cups at this location so you better know what you want. No issues with getting the yogurt or toppings. Not sure if this is normal but I felt it was a tad overpriced at 88 cents an oz. I got supposedly 10 oz and paid $9.50 for what I thought would be maybe $6 amount. Maybe times have changed and Yogurtland prices have just gone up dunno. Overall the lady behind the counter was super nice but I might need to stop going to Yogurtlands if these are truly the prices now. Checkin gives two mango rolls if you spend $5 which is super easy with these prices. Basically like a mango waffers which was actually pretty tasty.

Cost for 1 yogurt, no ounces or cost per ounce indicated

Their Products are imported directly from (Harima Garden) in Uji, Kyoto, a family-owned tea estate operating since 1858. I am obsessed at this place I first tried it in Vegas and it was soo good! This one I located in Rowland Heights and they have soo many options to choose from shaved ice, latte, parfait, ice cream and all my favorite flavors are here matcha,Ube, hojicha and more! The quality is 10/10 not too sweet, very creamy and soo delicious. Ambiance is casual mostly to go, but there's plenty of seating outside in a cute little plaza. The service is amazing, the server greeted me nicely recommended me the best one! She even showed me that their matcha is authentic and from Japan! Everything comes out fast and with the weather it melts quick so gotta eat it quick as well! I will definitely comeback here and try more of their items! The banana flavor blended perfectly with it, adding just the right amount of sweetness without overpowering the matcha. One of my favorite parts was the presentation. Loved the ambiance as well, there was very cute decor and wall art and place was very clean! Overall, it was a really enjoyable treat, and I'd definitely go back for it again.

Horrendous plaza, just letting you know. I always preface my reviews for ANY business in this plaza…read morethat it's an absolute PvP zone. With so many eateries in such a small place, everyone is fighting for spots and the parking can get quite tight and cars that aren't the most compact are parking in those spots. People are driving like maniacs so keep that in mind. Afters is always just an alright chain to me. I remember for the longest time, it was Rick and Morty forever, but that might have just been a fever dream since they've definitely had collaborations other than that (the Avatar live action on Netflix too and I think currently BT21 for the Army out there). Despite being in a super busy plaza, this location itself isn't super busy and the workers were friendly and I was able to get my order pretty quickly. Ambiance is very casual and trendy. They have ice cream bars, merch for sale, and ice cream by the pint as well. I've gotten the cookie monster, dark matter brownie batter (I feel like this is a remnant of Rick and Morty but I'm not too sure, don't quote me on that), milk and cereal, and the Saigon coffee. There are times when the ice cream is really dense and the flavor is strong, texture is creamy and it's a solid ice cream (usually for the coffee and the brownie batter), but there are other times where the ice cream is too icy (like water iced over on it and it's like an ice cream that was melted and reformed again). This is a mixed bag I get with other flavors. For the stress it takes to even get into this plaza, it's not worth it considering there are other dessert options nearby.

I took my mom here for a Mother's Day brunch and my birthday celebration because it falls around…read morethe same time every year. I am so glad we chose Hide Out Cafe in Rowland Heights to have our celebration. The food is delicious, the staff is so friendly, and the cafe is so cozy and welcoming. My brother was sponsoring our meal since he couldn't make it, so of course we had to go all out and order two drinks and two main dishes. (Thank you, big brother)! I got the Boba Bear Set $8.50, which comes with a drink and two house-made cookies, and my mom got their Tiramisu Latte $7.00, which is heavy on the coffee liquor, to be honest, but we had fun with it. The drinks are crafted beautifully, and with the open cafe concept, you can see they pay attention to the small details of their crafted drink menu. The house-made cookies that were a part of my Boba Bear Set are not to be forgotten. The cookies are buttery, decadent, and delicious; they are the perfect tea cookies to pair with! I can't wait to go back and try more of their fun drinks and maybe bring a study book the next time. For our main dishes, we shared the Chimi Wagyu & Frites $35.00, and the Fresh Avocado Toast $19.00. We both love eggs so of course we had to get something with eggs in our dish. My mom loved her avocado toast, and they were very generous with the avocado as well on there. The salad is a definite hit with us and included a great dressing on the side. The eggs were cooked perfectly on top of our toast and steak. The frites with my steak were crispy and seasoned well. I also loved the chimi sauce with my steak as well. The portion was huge so we were able to take some back home to enjoy another day. Overall, my mom and I had a great experience and would absolutely come back for another sip of their lattes and try another fun drink on their menu. We left with happy smiles and full stomachs, and can't wait to come back soon.

It's a brown sugar milk tea with caramel foam with a floating frozen milk tea bear. ADORABLE!! The set even includes two house-made cookies. WOW! TASTY!! (Important: Cash is not accepted. Bring card or contactless payment.) I arrived at Hide Out Cafe (Rowland Heights) on Wednesday (around 10:21AM). Parking is very easy. The lot is big. However, Hide Out Cafe (Rowland Heights) is very hidden. It has no visibility from the street! Staff is very professional and welcoming. Staff politely and cheerfully answered all my questions. Staff is very knowledgeable and accommodating. For example, the location does not have a paper menu; all the menus are accessed via QR Code. Fortunately, Staff let me borrow their iPad which allowed me to see the menu on a larger screen. When I'd arrived, Staff asked if I was dine-in or to-go. I was immediately seated. When I'd inquired about the boba. Staff honestly told me that they needed 15 additional minutes to prepare the boba. I brightly waited. All in all, after the 15 minute wait, the drink took an additional 10 minutes before being ready. As mentioned, I ordered the Boba Bear Set ($8.50). CUTE!!! It's a very aesthetic and memorable presentation. The boba pearls came perfect; they're bouncy, perky, and playful. The brown sugar milk tea mixed with the caramel foam tasted honey-like. It's very TASTY! My biggest nitpick is that the amount felt tiny. Still, it's a wonderful memory that I'm so happy to experience! On ambiance, Hide Out Cafe (Rowland Heights) is comfortable and clean. There's about 13 interior tables, and there's six patio tables. The music is slow-tempo, and the tall ceiling made it feel spacious. In addition, Hide Out Cafe (Rowland Heights) has utility. There's customer internet with password; details are available on the QR code menu. There's also about four electrical outlets. I also appreciated the self-service water station. There's also a gender neutral restroom in the back. Hide Out Cafe (Rowland Heights) felt very hidden yet well-maintained. It's a lovely spot. Overall, I had a magical, memorable experience. I discovered AMAZING milk tea and many precious memories. If searching for someplace special, I happily recommend. 4.9 out of 5
