So, I will leave a genuine, and honest review for the Butte House Rd location near Target since…read morethey don't have their own separate page. This location has a lot of potential. I felt a bit lost when I entered the "Top This Frozen Dessert" shop. I was searching to see how much things cost for the variety of options to choose from, but there are no prices posted for all desserts. It's more about guessing what you want or feel like consuming and hoping it's worth what you paid for. Long story short, I asked the person on duty on Jan 4 at around 3:30PM what was good as there were too many options to choose from, and I didn't even know where to begin.. Hannah, the Cashier, offered me her specialty for a Small Red Bull Freeze, which was her favorite. Then I asked her if she provided a military discount after she was done making it as it was time to pay, not knowing what the price was since nothing was posted, and she said "no." The total bill came to about $8 if I were to round up by five cents. However, the business's Yelp page shows that it indeed offered a military discount. So, for what it is worth for a Small $8 drink, it is not worth it. I would rather go to Dutch Bros instead down the street and make it a large for the same cost, which includes a military discount and prices are posted for all drinks and is not a guessing game on being sticker shocked right after like at this Top This Frozen Desserts - Butte House Rd location.. Pros: -Friendly Staff, just one on duty -Clean lobby Cons: -Prices are not posted for all desserts, treats, and drinks. -No military discount was given after showing them my CaC, even though their business Yelp page offered a discount from my provided screenshot if you scroll over.

I'm so glad I decided to give this location a chance, even though most of the reviews I had seen were negative. We live in Chico, so it's between this location and the ones in Redding for us, and I can honestly say I'll definitely be back to this one!
