Saveria's got a great way with the kids and manages to get a roomful of boisterous children following the yoga exercises and feeling zen. Highly recommended! read more

Have you ever been to a yoga class where the teacher is a bit kooky and full of Indian cultural…read moreappropriation that is way off? Well this is not that. This is what modern a yoga class should be Zoe is careful and methodical in her practice and works with the individual members of the class to practice at their level. You won't go to her class and have head stands pushed on you. Now if your thing is crazy bends and stress positions, she can sure accommodate you. Again, she works at your level and you will leave feeling great, not like you just ran a 10k.

Zoe is a patient and knowledgable teacher. I love how she gives many options depending on your mood or where your body is feeling for the day (she will demo the pose, then give examples of how to make it easier if you aren't seeing your best, or how to make it more challenging if you want to take it up a notch.) I love the type of yoga she teaches as well (yoga synergy). But my absolute favorite is getting a massage! I happen to know she works with a wide range of styles, from sports massage (which my husband needs) all the way to much gentler stuff (which is what I need.) I can't say it enough - Zoe is fantastic!

Be prepared for a workout!!…read more You do have the option of a cart but most everyone has a pull cart. Challenging holes. Love hole 1 where you hit into the unknown. Hole 9 is another favorite where you tee off from the top of the cliff. Hole 18 does not disappoint for some fun/challenge. You will not believe how many greens are on a slope. Like I said it is a fun course BUT challenging, frustrating and satisfying all at once. There is a large pond with ducks that even have a nice house BUT it is being drained now so there was a lot of water on the course and construction. Great if you want to grab some balls though-bring your ball finder. 1 restroom on the course that can be utilized on the front/back. Few holes have ball washers. They do have club, ball and shoe washer as well as air guns near the parking lot. Locker rooms have toilets and showers. Parking is tight and limited. There is parking across the street. Have yet to play this course without being worn out when I got home and the following day. You will average about 6 miles of walking. Love the bee habitats on the property as well.
