I used to be a member of Ease Mountain Yoga back in 2016 - 2019, and…read moreafter committing to a nightly stretching practice earlier this year, I was delighted that this beautiful studio was still around to start reengaging with yoga after so many years, albeit under new ownership. The new owner, Britt, is so lovely, warm and inviting, and she was the first face I saw when I attended my first class here a month or so ago. I immediately signed up for her new student special and have been going to either vinyasa or yoga sculpt classes twice a week for the last few weeks, loving every second. There is no judgment here, everyone is at different levels of flexibility, and we all have plenty of laughs as we try increasingly challenging poses. It's just about feeling good. I've taken classes with Britt and Helena, and both are amazing instructors. This studio is so open, welcoming, unpretentious af... I love it here. The beautiful light streaming through the windows, all the healthy houseplants from Mountain Feed surrounding the room, it's really a joy to take an hour for myself (as a mom to a young boy) a few times a week to spend caring for my body in here. Highly recommend signing up for a new student special and checking out all the different class options. I am thrilled to have such a sanctuary right here in Ben Lomond.
