They have even provided some of their coaches to assist the S.O. coaches throughout the years. This gym offers classes in men's and women's artistic gymnastics- preschool and up- as well as silks and yoga classes. They have excellent competitive programs as well. This gym is well known for a men's team that trains gymnasts who compete in college as well as nationals. Jim and Nikolai are very professional yet two of the kindest people you will ever meet. The schedule issue remains; I ignored my earlier advice and arrived about 11AM one day when I forgot that reopening was at 11:30AM. This seemed to concern the staff some as the facility does not always physically block entry when staff are absent. Hours are actually easy to find posted online, and phone calls are answered promptly, so that it is a good idea to check for any change in schedules. There are occasionally closings due to special events or lightning, so that attending to schedule seems like a good idea for several reasons. A minor change between my earlier review and this update is that very few convenient lockers remain open for daily use. Even some lockers without doors have belongings left in them for weeks. Leaving valuables locked in a car, or being prepared to use small floor level lockers, would be a good idea as well. The 4 star rating still seems deserved as the facility continues to be well-maintained and well staffed.

I've was a member for almost 3 years, until recently. I cancelled my membership on April 10, 2026. Prior to me cancelling my membership, I experienced something that no one should have to experience. I had finished my workout and I was changing back into my regular clothes. I had left my shirt hanging on a rack in the locker room. I was reaching for my shirt and I noticed that something had been left in one of my shirt pockets. I didn't see anyone standing around, so I cautiously reached inside my pocket and pulled the item out. To say I was disgusted at the vile item that I pulled out. I would have been less disturbed had I pulled out a noose. Someone had stuffed one of the brown paper towels used to wipe the equipment after use. Whomever had left the paper towels, also left a message for me on the paper towel. The vile individual took time to use the bathroom and wipe their butt, that's right, that vile and filthy individual defecated, wiped his a$$ with the paper towels and then stuffed the paper towel in my shirt pocket. I reported the incident to the director. I was told the matter would be investigated, but I know how that will go. People of color, if you have a membership at the Y, I'm not telling you to give it up. I'm telling you to watch your sorroundings and be alert.
