i am writing this review on behalf of my mother-- she missed an oil change and had to get a gasket replaced. the first place we took it to quoted $6k for a full engine rebuild. the second place made an appointment with her and then wouldn't accept her car when it got towed there. then we found Yip. he quickly identified that we did not need a full engine rebuild, just a few replacement parts. he saved her so much time, money, and stress. we are so glad we came here and we highly recommend his services for anyone looking for a quality shop. read more

Was supposed to be going next door to synergy auto works to get my wheels rotated. Made a wrong turn. This guy was only supposed to rotate my tires. I didnt want to get an oil change too! I NEVER SAID OR BROUGHT IT UP. He kept on pushing for oil change so eventually I gave in. What a waste of $60 for oil change. I didnt even need it. My car mileage was around 146k mi and needed it at 150k. LITERALLY WTF. Dont go here at all guys. Even if you make a wrong turn going to synergy auto works, just go to synergy auto works. read more

Went here for an alignment cause I've been tinkering with the camber in the fronts. In the middle of it he closed the garage door so I could not see what he was doing. Yeah I'm untrusting of auto mechanics and salesmen. I can't imagine that the laser alignment systems need it to be dark in there. But after he was done I asked what adjustments he did and he said he only adjusted the front toe. I'm like what about the camber? He's said don't need to. I looked at the read outs and the camber was in the red. The caster was in red. The rear camber was -.5 and +.2 with specified ranges blank. Don't need to? Really? You can't have camber to be that wide from each other let alone everything In red. They should be equal. I will refrain from saying a lot of bad things right now. I find it hard to understand the men who work here. I try to be polite and make conversation but they always seem in a bad mood so I just stick to the facts on my car. They do provide great service tho. It's quick and affordable. I also like that they sell cars here. My father has bought 3 and all of which are still in great condition. read more

4.5 stars. My car broke down the night of the first day on a new job. I was freaking out trying to find a way to get to work for the second day. My friend and his father recommended Yip's so I limped over there and dropped the car off. It was fixed in one day and they threw in a free part that they had an extra used one of. My only complaint is that they said they did not leave the key where they said they would so I had to have my friend drive me home to get my spare. read more

My dad showed me this place and I've been going here ever since. The guys that work here are nice and the service is excellent. I came in to change my oil and they gave my car a free inspection and told me my breaks were wearing down and they needed to be replaced soon.
