I replied i don't know, just until it is full. We got into a lengthy discussion of how many gallons I wanted so I told him 20 or 12, the tank only holds 12 gallons. He refused to take my card and charge for the amount requested. Technology being what it is today, I expected him to make either the 12 or 20 gallon charge, allow me to fill my car and then make the appropriate adjustments to my charge. He ended up telling me to go to Bp in Batavia or Caseys in Ottumwa. That was great customer service, I will continue to do business in Batavia but NEVER again in Agency.
