I really can't say enough wonderful things about this shop its owner and its employees I broke down 500 miles from home and was going to be stuck in an unfamiliar town for pos the weekend due to other shops not being able to get to it. They got me in within 30 minutes and had me fixed and back on the road in less than an hour and a half fixing my mechanical issue and double checking all of the other aspects of my car to insure I had a safe drive back home. As if that wasn't enough they charged me a more than fair and affordable price these guys do good and very honest work and care about their customers if you need anything I highly recommend this shop! I had them replace 3 u joints and carrier bearing. I dropped off the truck on Thursday morning they said they could have it done that day as its my only vehicle, they didn't I ended up coming back Friday evening a little before 5:30pm. The truck was in the bay and they just started working on it.....the main guy had to babysit this older guy and a much younger guy, as they asked dumb questions like "How many pumps of grease for the u joints?" and being reminded to do so as they where about to lower the vehicle... And to move things out of the way before lowing the vehicle, really? Good help is hard to find i guess. I was going to get a ailment that day also but told the guy i would come back later, since it was a Friday and 7pm (passed their closing time.) They said $200/$225 on the phone when it was time to pay it was $240. As soon as I left I noticed lack of breaks and powering steering (I have hydroboost) I stopped at a parts store and topped of the break fluid as it was low. Got on the road to a terrible grinding noise but had breaks again, got home and got under the truck (why do i even pay people to work on my truck) to notice the front driveshaft against the carrier bearing, it was Friday everyone is closed i got under it loosened the two bolts and moved the carrier bearing towards the rear of the truck, so now it doesn't make contact with each other, as I was down there I saw the passenger rear was leaking break fluid, I then got a new caliber to fix the leak, I later saw some fluid in my driveway its in no way there fault for the leak, but how did they not see that in the shop when they are by the differential? Safety first... That night I messaged their Facebook about the issue with the work they just did and they called back Saturday morning, told them the issue and made a appointment for Wednesday for that to be checked out and to have an aliment and he took a whole $20 off for it! Wow... That was yesterday June 3rd, I dropped it off and they called and said it needed two ball joints and new wheel bearings, the grand total was $500! For parts and labor, I told them all the rotors, pads and the front wheel bearings are new, the guy seemed confused and called me back later and said it was $450 for just the ball joints and labor... I told him just to make good on the work they had previously done. I got back there about an hour later to it being "fixed" I was told they moved the carrier bearing to the rear some more and had the guy "test drive" it, when i took the truck there it hit 178,000 miles exactly and guess what? It was still at that. Really don't have anything good to say I really should have bought the u joint puller and had done it myself and not have had this headache. I have used Yeoman's for several years. They have always been somewhat unprofessional in their business practices. I have had several issues and will point them out. 1.) I dropped my car off to have the door handle repaired. I set up an appointment so they could get the parts then schedule the work.They did not. It took several days. 2). I set an appointment to get my front windshield replaced. I had a funeral to go to but they did not get the car back in time because once again they didn't have the parts on time. 3.) I purchased a set of tires. (not my first set there) I always purchase the road hazard for my tires. My wife hit a hole in the road during a snow event and damaged the right front tire. I brought the tire in, dropped it off, then picked it up. When I picked it up I was told I had to pay $75.00. I told them I had the road hazard. The manager said I could take the tire and bring in the receipt. I found the receipt for the tires but there was also the cost of an oil change and repairs to the door again. (The first time it was repaired it only worked about 4-5 months.) There were not any costs broke out on the invoice, only the total cost. There was no way to know if I had the road hazard. I am out of space but I have several other issues I would have liked to provide. Brandon is the manager. He said that he has allowed me to take my car after being worked on before being paid. That is because I drop my car off after hours then pick it up after hours because of the irregular scheduling or lack of scheduling. This was necessary twice as far as I can remember. He insulted me during our last conversation. He said I have been angry the past couple times I have been in. Well YES I have been angry. I'm tired of dealing with such a lousy business. Took our car in that we had bought two weeks before. All we wanted was tires rotated and the oil changed. After two hours brandon came and told us that they couldn't get the car started. He said he would at it and let us know. After another one and half hours he came in and said he found out what was the matter. They had started our car without and oil in it. He tells us he can die it better than it was. I said turn it in to your insurance company as I thought if your not smart enough to start it with no oil you are not smart enough to fix the engine. Chevrolet garage in grove ok. Put the engine in they paid to have a used one I added to it and put a new engine for a thousand more. These people are not smart enough to pound sand in a rat hole . I'm honestly not sure if they're crooks or actually just ignorant jackasses. The woman at the desk acts senile and doesn't know up from down, and the mechanic acts like a dipshit with something better to do than work. I had an APPOINTMENT for a simple alignment at 10am. Thank God I didn't just wait there for it because they did not START on it until 3:30PM, just to call and say it was going to be another 40 dollars for a kit, which is fine, but I told them I didn't have it and I'd have to get it done later. Well of course they try to charge 25 dollars for the "work" they did to it before I can pick it up and they would credit it towards when I come back. Why? So I can waste another day at your crooked tire shop? Don't think so. Take the $25 and buy some integrity. Do yourself a favor, spend the extra money and take it to a reputable shop that's clear of inconsiderant dipshits. You'll be glad you did. I took my truck to yoaman's for a alignment. Brandon helped us , he was very fair and honest with us... We needed more work done, he fixed us right up...and even dropped us off at our house.. when the truck was done he picked us back up.. exactly the time he said it would be done. There are other tire and auto shops in Pryor.. but when u go to the best why change.. keep up the hard work thanks... read more

we have ordered rims from them said it would take a couple days 3 at most here it is a week and a half later and all they have is one tire on a rim and dont know jack about the other if they have a tire for it or not. I will never go back nor will i ever recommend them to anyone. this is not how you run a biz! I have worked in tire shops and I know it dont take this long at all. read more
