Upon inspection they agreed to totally replace the floor at no charge along with a new job of redoing the steps to match the new floor which we paid a separate fee for. The showed up and demoed the floor they installed 2 years ago along with the underlayment. The have given us 6 weeks of excuses on why they couldn't complete the job. We are done and are now seeking the material delivered to our door or face legal action.
