Staff: I was immediately greeted by a kind young lady asking if I needed help. Of course I needed all the help I could get being a noob to the vape world. It was obvious she could read me very well which speaks for her professional skills. After showing me in detail of what I needed to get started, showing me many varieties of vape options, I wrapped up my purchase and walked out very satisfied with the experience. Product: love it. The cost does make up for this as the juice is not unpalatable and cheaper than about any vape shop I've been so points for that.
