The guest had somewhere to be at a certain time, and they was very upset. It only take 20-25 mins to get here from Montgomery. What took the taxi driver so long was because he didn't know how to get here. I had to give him direction over the phone the whole way to Prattville. It was very frustrating because the driver cant follow direction well and he is not even from here so he don't know the area. It got to the point where he was 5 mins away, but took him 30 mins because he couldn't understand direction. It was like he wasn't listening. The guest was getting upset, so I had to the driver to stop where he was at and I would bring the person to you. After I told the driver he was at wrong hotel, he still kept going to it. Another thing I had to tell the driver how to work his own car on the phone because he didn't know how to defrost his windows to see. This experience was awful. It looked bad on us because we called the taxi for the guest and he ended up being late to his flight. They should never send the drivers out, if they don't have access or know how to work a GPS.
