We did have to meet with Rick (Robles) several times and those meetings were casual and enjoyable. All options were thoroughly explained and there was no pressure to choose any particular item. Everyone at Sunset Memorial Oaks went out of their way to accommodate our many requests and the entire process from funeral home to church to the cemetery went smoothly. Every Sunset Memorial employee we encountered was patient and respectful to our family in this difficult time. We felt genuinely cared for at all levels.
