I bought 7 yards fabric of fabric labelled 'double gauze' on the website. I go through a lot of double gauze a year so I know what double gauze should be like. And I was happy to find this, especially since it was on sale. I know now why it was on sale.....anyone seeing it in the store would not buy it. They would think it was mislabelled. When this fabric first arrived in the mail, I thought it was just a cheaply made broadcloth but the weave is too loose - not as nice as broadcloth. In the meantime, I searched for this Camelot Fabric online and can only find it labelled 'cotton'. After sending an email with no response, I called 3 times before she called me back. She stated it was double gauze - discontinued and I would see when I wash it. And if I wasn't happy I should 'take it up with Camelot'. I should wash it and I would see that it was double gauze. I've washed it. I can't use this for any project that needs double gauze. It is now just a limp piece of the same cotton. She stated that if there was something wrong with this fabric that 'she's not going to lose on it....why should she? It was on sale.' With this 'buyer takes the fall' attitude, I would run the other way. I would certainly not order anything online because this business doesn't stand behind what they sell. It's all tough luck for the customer. Unbelievable. I got ripped off to the tune of almost $70. Live and learn. I'll just donate the fabric. It's not usable for my project. Or anything I would make with real double gauze.

She didn't even have the initiative to cancel the etransfer herself despite being asked. Very Unprofessional and absolutely no regards for customers. There are so much better catering services out there, avoid stress and don't waste you time.
