The shop is not only retail, carrying bespoke candles, lotions, specialty soaps and accessories but also a "create-your-own" candle studio! I didn't design my own candle during this visit but witnessed a family doing so - you chose your desired vessel (they opted for mason jars) and signature scent and there are additional options from there. They even offer customized 12 wick candles that are refillable! The owner is incredibly welcoming, helpful and kind. I can't wait to return to create my own customized candle!

I shop online. So let me share. I purchased 10 items from Nordstrom. All shipments included a…read morereturn label. It is a pain free process. I purchased from Soma different items and paid with PayPal. Before the final click completing the purchase Soma tells you clearly returns for items purchased online with PayPal must be returned by mail. Perfect I understand before I complete the transaction my return options. Now onto Loft. I purchased three items online. All beach coverups. I then went to return all three. I attempt to use the online system however Loft has designed the online return procedures to make it as difficult as possible. But I note it will cost me $ 7.95 to return by mail and free to go to the store. Once in the store I deliver my unworn items with tags in the original packages. I am told swimwear cannot be returned in the store. I am forced then to pay the return fee and once again try to navigate a deceptive system designed to frustrate a consumer and thus the Return is never complete. That's my first issue. When you are shopping on line it is not made even remotely clear the return policy. Frankly you have to go to three areas of the website to see what the return policy is on swimwear. On the receipt finding the policy at the bottom in the smallest font possible again hides the policy. I find this appalling. Surely all retailers have their own policy. However consumers should be able to understand the policy in a clear openly designed system. I will pay the return costs. I will never shop at Loft, Ann Taylor or any of their companies again. Here I come Nordstrom.

12.26.22 I shop here…read moreso frequently I am shocked I have never reviewed this location. Today there was an after Christmas final sale where most Christmas merchandise were 50% off. The only items that weren't were the individual Christmas cards. I arrived around 7:45 this morning and there was already a lot of patrons in the store and in line. I picked up a handful of items that I can gift next year. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The associate assisting me at checkout was very cheerful despite it being a hectic morning already. One of the other associates helped put fragile items into boxes for me. I spent $82 today, the most I have ever purchased in one transaction. I had to maximize on the savings. Lol. Love this location and the variety of merchandise they have. Highly recommend. Tip: Sign up for their Gold Rewards loyalty program to get coupons.
