We rented waterslides, bounce houses, tables, and chairs for a big family event--and they completely knocked it out of the park. Aaron, the owner, is truly one of a kind. Not only did he show up right on time (which already puts him ahead of most), but he went WAY above and beyond. He didn't just drop off equipment--he personally helped set everything up, gave expert suggestions on placement, and made sure everything was perfect before he left. You can tell this is a family-run business that genuinely cares. Aaron and his family brought great energy, professionalism, and attention to detail that you just don't see often anymore. And the waterslide... WOW. Absolutely next level. I was told only he and one other company in Texas even have this specific slide, which made it feel even more special having it at our event. Due to high gusting winds, out tent installation was delayed 2 days until the actual wedding day. He had his full crew on location at 8:00 am and they had everything done quickly to accommodate our tight schedule. They are very professional and you can trust what Manny tells you! Then they tried to change the delivery time the day before they were supposed to arrive to setup, which was frustrating being that we had already planned our day out for the time we had set. I'm glad we were able to be there when they set up because the guys setting up, were short one table and had to drive back to business location twice after arriving to change things out because of holes that were on the tents and wrong pieces they needed to exchange for correct ones. On the upside, the guys who were doing our setup were really friendly and helpful in giving suggestions of where it'd be best to setup. Had this review been based on their work ethic, it would've been a much better rating but being that the overall experience was less than satisfying, I doubt we will be using this company's services again. Updated review: The owner reached out to me and was very apologetic for my experience and I appreciate that kind of customer service. From the looks of previous reviews, this is not a typical occurrence and apparently we just happened to have received services on a busy weekend. Although my experience wasn't the best, I don't see this as a pattern from this company and after speaking to the owner, I don't see the problems I had occurring again.

Reyna was very organized, with transparent options and pricing. She offers custom photostrip labels, a selection of photobooks, backgrounds and props, and welcome/ signing area to match your theme. We opted to design our own photostrip label, purchase our own photobook and supply pens and stamps and provide a few extra props so they fully matched our decor (at our own cost); they did a great job of making sure these were all used. One star less because the trailer has a low capacity limit (so no pictures of 6+ friend groups packed together) and we felt the 4' rental LOVE lighted signs were a bit expensive ($250 for 4 hours).
