I completely understand the prioritization, but feel I should have been informed by staff of the delay. I wasn't. I received a cursory exam and was sent to get measured for orthotics - no discussion and my questions were either rebuffed or ignored. The no-mask thing was enough to ensure I never go back - when Pulaski county is seeing 50 new cases of COVID per day, that was just insulting. The overall way I was treated added to the insult. I'm a low-key guy, but will never subject myself to that again. THERE ARE OTHER PODIATRISTS IN SOMERSET. FIND SOMEONE ELSE.

When I mentioned to Dr Moore he argued with me that no one had been seen with an appointment after mine. So I guess the people who signed it lied about when their appointments were. No I will not be using this office again.

I have decided to write this review, here, after getting NOWHERE w/ office staff, no way to contact upper management, & basically feeling like no one cares! After being treated for a fungal infection, over the last year, I saw Davis last Tuesday. I was told it was scar tissue & that the toenail would never grow back. I also made an appointment for my husband on this day. It was ALL WRONG! I ended up BACK at my GP's office! both toenails are STILL INFECTED (it's been 5 years!), and I had to go back on a antifungal medication. Today, my husbands appointment was at 8:30am. we went early, as requested, to fill out paperwork. long story short.... the appointment was canceled & no one told us! No one called! No one cared! And no one took ANY responsibility! Lastly for everyone on here.... Cumberland F&A sold out! they're privately owned and when you call, you'll be talking to a call center in California! I do NOT recommend this office/company!

Would recommend Cumberland Foot and Ankle to everyone with foot pain! Dr Moore is wonderful!!read more
